I've been taking my dog Kiko to Tefani & So for about 2 months now and I'm consistently impressed with the care she receives. The grooming services are fantastic, Kiko always comes home looking and smelling great, and I can tell the groomer really cares about her comfort. Kiko also loves the daily dog park trips. The staff takes her to a local park where she can run, play, and socialize with other dogs. It's the perfect way for her to burn off energy. One of the best things for me is the shuttle service. Kiko gets picked up in the morning then dropped off in the afternoon, which really makes the entire process of sending her to daycare really effortless for me, especially if I need to work late at the office unexpectedly. I started sending my 7 month old puppy here about 3 months ago when he finished SF Puppy Prep. He loved Puppy Prep and spending time with other dogs so I really wanted to continue to hone his dog socialization skills while also giving myself a break so I could work without an energetic puppy distracting me. I researched a few recommended spots but found them inflexible and not right for my puppy. I then visited Tefani and it all fell into place. I appreciated that there was a temperament test - very important to ensure all the dogs at the site play well together. I also like they keep small dogs and big dogs separate since my young puppy was pretty small at that point. Stefani and her team are great with the dogs and take them to a dog park everyday along with walks throughout the day. She texts me photos everyday which I love. Most importantly my dog loves going there and is always excited to go back - and comes home tired after a full day of play! I also just had my pup groomed for the first time there and he looks great! I appreciate that I can get him groomed by someone he knows and loves and he gets used to the whole grooming process. Tefani & So. is a lifesaver! Stephani is amazing with our pup Roy, who flies into her arms with pure joy every morning. The whole daycare set up is convenient and flexible too, so its super easy to get Roy the care he needs each week. Some weeks he goes all week and some weeks he goes just for a few days, but Stephani makes coordinating super easy and picks him and drops him off! Stephani takes the best pictures of Roy and all the other dogs! Getting them during the workday is always a treat! When I moved to San Francisco, I tried several daycares and it was obvious to me that the Tefani team showed the most compassion for their dogs. Their attention to detail (when she uses the restroom, who she plays with, when she naps, etc) made me feel safe putting my dog in their care. A few weeks ago, I fractured my foot while my partner was out of the country and I was unable to walk my pup at all. The Tefani team made arranging for daycare a seamless experience during an extremely stressful time for me. The shuttle service was crucial since I couldn't walk (let alone drive). It made me happy to see my puppy, quite literally, jumping in the air from excitement every morning the van arrived. Lemon absolutely LOVES going to see Stefani, her staff, and her best doggy friends at Tefani & So! She barks at the front door to be let in and sometimes doesn't even want to leave! Krusty, 2.5-year-old Westie, is very smart and lovable, but very shy and picky to making human and furry friends, But she loves Stefani and her team at Tefani & So. She is very happy whenever she goes to daycare or camp at Stefani's when I am traveling. Tefani & So is actually a savior for me. As Krusty is very shy, it was not easy for me to find a place for Krusty, where she feels comfortable, when her previous walking company suddenly informed me early this year that they had decided to stop providing service in my area. I can see and feel that Stefani genuinely loves and cares of dogs. She is very responsive and observative, especially, she is always seeking for better solutions for doggies if they have any specific challenges as a K9 citizen. Stefani taught Krusty to share her favorite humans, toys, and foods with her furiends and to be confident with other doggies. I can see improvements in Krusty's behaviors every day. Also Tefani takes daycare doggies to a fenced dog park and send pictures/videos of Krusty and her furiends every day. Most of pictures were naturally taken while she's playing balls or playing with other doggies, not pose them just for photoshoot. I love all those lovely and hilarious moments Stefani shares with me. Moreover, I appreciate Stefani and her team always make sure Krusty is clean. Krusty hated cleaning her paws after walk, but now she is waiting for me to clean her paws and butt when we are back home from walk. Lastly, grooming service is great. I've been bringing my dog Watson to Tefani & So since 2021. After having a bad experience at a nearby dog daycare, I was hesitant to try another one, but Watson and I love this place! Watson cannot get out of the car fast enough to go play (his howls of excitement can be heard down the street) and he always returns home happy and tired. I recently moved to SF from Orange County few months ago and was stressed to find a trustworthy daycare place for my little goldendoodle puppy Mochie. I found Tefani & So. through Yelp and connected with Tefani through their Instagram page. We made an appointment with Tefani to have us and Mochie visited the place prior to her first day of school. Tefani was very kind, attentive, and was very gentle to Mochie. As picky as I am, my gut feeling told me to trust Tefani's daycare because I could feel Mochie would have fun while being there. And yes, she did. Mochie got so so excited everytime I drive close to Tefani's daycare lol and she can't wait to get out of the car to greet Tefani and her other puppy friends. Tefani is very responsive with communication too. She sends me updates with pictures of Mochie so I know what my baby is doing and how she is enjoying her time there. Mochie definitely has the best time at Tefani & So. as she always gets tired and sleeps well when arrives home. Tefani & So is the BEST!! They have been so helpful from soon after we got out puppy until now. Many times, they've gone out of their way to help my husband and me when we had last minute travel or got tied up in meetings--dealing with late drop off times and different locations. They also provide fantastic grooming--baths, great hair cuts. We moved to Burlingame 6 months ago, but I still bring our dog to T&S for grooming because our pup loves it there so much, and my husband and I love the adorable hair cuts! We're on our 3rd 20-day pack with T&S, so needless to say we love T&S dearly. Before T&S we tried out a couple of different daycares, but when we did the screening at T&S and saw how attentive Stefani is to our dog Bandit, we knew she had Bandit's wellbeing and his fit into the daycare pack to be top priority. The feature of pick-up and drop-off van service only cements T&S as our favorite doggy daycare ever! We greatly enjoy seeing Bandit's photos with his friends at school. Now, when Bandit gets his bandana on, he immediately knows that he gets to go to school, and tries to rush to see Stefani so he can give her a big hug, though we're still working on him not jumping on people when he gets too excited. Bandit is unfortunately quite a sickly child, so we had to cancel going to daycare on short notices a couple of times, but Stefani was always extremely kind and gracious about it and didn't charge us for the day. Our pup has never been happier at any other daycare; she loves it so much that even walking past on the weekend, she stops at the door and wags her tail to be let inside! What more evidence do we need that she loves T&S?! Small & large dogs are kept separate for good reason, and as a small (14lb), senior dog, she has a great time hanging out with her similarly-size old kid's crew. Hands down the BEST, most dedicated and convenient dog sitter in the area. Stefani has been our sole dog sitter for Toby, every week for the past 6 months, and I have nothing to complain. Drop-off service is amazing. She and her team takes great care of Toby, showing up every morning to pick him up and dropping him off at the end of the day, at a very flexible schedule. She also sends daily photos of Toby hanging out with other dogs, so we are very comfortable leaving Toby with her whenever we need. This is not an easy thing to pull off, especially given how accommodating she is with every request we have, but Stefani and her team is doing one heck of a good job keeping their bar. I have been taking my mini golden doodle puppy to Tefani & So since he was 6 months old (Jan 2022). I was so incredibly nervous to leave Charlie (my puppy) with strangers. He immediately took a liking to stefani and all of her staff. The folks at T&S have been total game changers for our dog Barley. He's a combo of shy and very active so finding a place where he could get plenty of exercise and exposure to other dogs while I'm off at work has been great. I get pictures every day he's there of him and his favorite pals playing. They've also been very flexible when we have last minute schedule changes etc. The very few times there have been any mishaps (leaving his leash on which Barley was delighted to chew to pieces), they've been proactive and gone above and beyond to make sure he had everything we needed when he arrives back home. Barley went through a phase where he was very fearful outside, to the point where he didn't want to walk out our front door. Stefani literally would meet us at the door and pick him up (he's over 30 pounds) and carry him herself to the van. Super helpful and kind. read more

Stephanie has beautifully groomed our mini poodle twice, and we've been delighted with the results. For our puppy's first groom, she asked us for details on the look we wanted and was really patient with a very wooly and slightly matted poodle. For his second groom, Stephanie was incredibly consistent but adjusted his tail based on our request. We love Stephanie's careful scissoring. These days, I've been saying "im so glad we found Stefani and her team" to my boyfriend a lot! I found a team I can trust to leave my 1 year old Aussie with, during her formative adolescence! She used to display fear based aggression and guarding behavior, but her confidence with other bigger dogs has since improved, and I'm sure it was with the help of Tefani and So's instincts to pair pups who like each other together, and gradually introducing them to more dogs. It's been nice to know that Piper is getting great socialization practice under careful supervision. I'm also so happy with their service and look forward to seeing pics and the occasional videos of Piper playing well with other dogs. The team really cares about my pup and she comes back sooooo happy (big smile on her face). She's very communicative, friendly, and hugely accommodating when I've been in a time pinch (needing next day daycare/boarding), even offering pick-ups or drop-offs to make my life easier! We found T&S last year when we were looking for a daycare for our lovely (and energetic!) puppy. I brought her there for a tour, and she immediately loved Stefani. Within a few weeks, she was bouncing with joy in the morning when she got picked up -- oh yeah, they have pick up and drop off services, which is a huge time saver for us. A year later, we're so happy we found this place. My wife and I have been working from home since March, and the two of us plus an energetic puppy in a small apartment would simply be too much every day. Instead, we pick a few days a week and send her to T&S; after work, we get a happy and tired puppy who got to spend all day playing with dogs and staff who love her.
