Christine is a rare find, a true gem. I wish I found her years ago. Christine has been helping get my huge student debt in order. She created an elaborate spreadsheet and analysis to help determine the most cost effective and manageable way to pay off my student loans. I contacted Christine over email and got a prompt response. This is how you sort of know that it'll be a good service. I believe it was a free 30 min consultation at first, if I'm not mistaken, then after the consultation you can decide if signing up is good for you. Overall all I had a good experience with Christine. She have me the option to meet in person or through zoom. The first 2 times we met in person, but then this whole COVID-19 situation made it impossible, so we met through zoom the last 2 or 3 sessions. I personally like to meet in person but it was nice to have the zoom option. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to financial information. She is also very fair. I had an emergency once and notified her very late, as per her policy; I would have lost my session but she moved it to another day, even with my short notice. She also review my taxes done by another person and told me that taxes looked good and should continue with the other person (as she prepares taxss as well) since the other person had done pretty much the whole thing.
