Disgusting! We went in and came right back out shortly after, "Chino" was being yelled out and gotten all the attention from the staffs within the tiny shop. It was so unprofessional and RUDE to do such a thing, especially in NYC! Just walking inside 2 staffs, within 3 seconds, yelled if they can help with anything. It was the most unnecessary experience after telling one we were just looking and another asked right away. I honestly didn't even blink yet. I had no choice but to dislike this place and left. Why are we being treated like aliens?!???!!

Likely the best Italian store outside of Italy. The amount of produce and food items available is staggering. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the products is superb.

This is the 4th generation here and I can't walk past without getting fresh olives, artichokes & cheese. Staff is fast, friendly, everything is fresh and very delicious. I can't find Italian delicacies like this at home & they don't ship, but they should!

Amazing Italian grocer in The Bronx steeped in history and offering a wide array of imported Italian goods. Their staff is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The family-run shop may be small, but it's packed with goods and offers everything you could possibly need from pasta to cured meats, cheeses, olives and olive oil, and a lot more. A definite must if you're in the neighborhood or looking for authentic Italian foods.

Fresh mozzarella with prosciutto and I believe Sun dried tomato. Very good. I have been visiting Bronx Little Italy for a couple of times but always saw a long line that made me hesitant to go in. This time I came early around 8:30 Am. I was the third person in line. The store is super small especially at the ordering area. There's only small space for one person to stand so it's very difficult to exit while there are people behind you. I highly recommend coming here early before the crowd.

However, it was probably about 20-30 minutes before we took our order, so service is definitely fast! Inside is super small, but there are lots of Italian goods around to see. There are also blocks/rounds of cheese you can purchase too. We got The Casa, and ate it outside. Service was so kind and we even got to see them make mozzarella in the back! I don't think this sandwich was my favorite unfortunately. The bread had a funky smell(?) to it, and I feel like it fell a little flat on flavors and textures. Regardless, I am glad I tried and met the incredible team!

The Neighbourhood is chock, full of restaurants, pastry shops, meat markets, seafood shops, but the center of it all, is the Arthur Avenue retail market. It's a fantastic place. All of your shopping in one indoor space. You can get your groceries, your Italian meats, your veggies, you can stop in and have a beer, you can buy cigars, they had the only T-shirt shop that I saw up here, when Mulberry Street is full of them. You can get gelato, you can have a good glass of wine, you can have dessert, etc..... I stopped into Mike's deli (separate review) and tried the veal Parm that went up against Bobby Flay. It was excellent. I also stopped in at the end of my visit, to O'ccaffe, (separate review ) the pastry and coffee place right at the entrance to the market. The cappuccino was amazing, but the cannoli was a little bit different. I've always had my cannolis with a crisp shell. This cannoli, had a soft shell. The filling was excellent, but I just would've preferred a hard shell. Other than that, everything was fantastic. This place is worth a visit. Thank you.
