Joe's Italian Deli is a staple to Little Italy in the Bronx & rightfully so. I had the DSNY ie "the strongest" which included breaded chicken, fried eggplant, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, & vinaigrette. And yes, it tastes just as heavenly as it sounds. The bread is great too- classic Italian bread, what's not to love? All in all, Joe's is great & I can see myself ordering from there a lot more often since I frequent the area.

Local Italian deli. Got all the different trimmings and cheeses you could want. The sandwiches were pretty solid and you could easily split one.

DSNY is a MUST! This sandwich was perfection. I also tried the Last Meal and the FDNY. They were very good as well! All the ingredients seem fresh. The bread is soft and not too thick so easy to bite into the sandwiches. All sandwiches are $13.78; it came to about $75 for 5 sandwiches. Good price for the size of the sandwiches! I got two meals out of mine. We ordered online since it was around lunchtime and we didn't want to risk waiting. Our order was ready when we got there and it wasn't very busy. There were a few people eating at the tables inside, which is nice that they have those. The only unfortunate thing was that I didn't have the chance to look at all the products they sell.

The staff that helped me was kind and quick. The interior of the shop was clean and sell other items from Italy. I got the DSNY because it has all the components that I like. The filling was great, but I wish the bread was crusty and had more of a different texture that can elevate the sandwich.

the last meal sandwich - so good. My favorite of the 3

So worth the drive to this delicious deli. They were super friendly and we even got a sample of their freshly made mozzarella. Omg.

    Holiday gift basket

Delectable mozzarella; I could eat it all day. Also has a huge pasta selection and gift options for the holidays (like well curated baskets).

Had the most amazing chicken cutlet sub here. You know when you have a picture in your mind of what something should be like, and it actually blows your mind? Yeah, that's how good this sandwich was. You can't beat the bread and they had a real nice selection of Italian deli supplies as well, from vinegar and olive oil to pasta and other items. A great alternative when the famous places are too busy.

It was an amazing sandwich--the mozzarella was so fresh and all the flavors melded well together. Great crunch of the ciabatta crust and the bread was fluffy inside. From the moment we walked in, it was all that I wanted- reminiscent of the Italian shops and delis my parents would take me to when I was a kid. The ambiance told me right away that the sandwich I sought (the 'Casa') was going to be good....as did the two guys in line ahead of me, one who went so far as to say it would be life changing. Service was great- super helpful and patient as we perused the counter. Wanting to be thorough () we ordered two Casa's....one on Ciabatta, and one on a hero. First off....both bread vehicles were incredible. The hero was crunchy on the outside, perfectly soft on the inside, while the ciabatta was perfectly thin (allowing you to fully enjoy all of the fresh, delicious ingredients), with a golden crust. Just perfect. Oh yeah- the ingredients.... The Casa is filled with perfectly sliced prosciutto, house made mozzarella, sun dried peppers, and balsamic glaze. The balsamic tied everything together beautifully and was a wonderful touch to the sandwich, while the mozz....well...I'll say this... If you ask 10 people on Arthur Ave who makes the best Mozzarella around, and a good number of people are going to tell you it's Casa Della. And I'm here to tell you that their Mozzarella is the truth. It's delicious, creamy, flavorful...it's the kind of stuff that will have you standing in front of the establishment, Casa in hand (and mouth) without a care in the world, or whether or not people are staring at you while you scarf or down. It's that good. Also- prices are extremely reasonable, and you receive a ton of value for your dollar. Casa Della Mozzarella is not just the Casa. They are a fully loaded market and deli, loaded with everything you need, whether for a quick lunch on the go, or to supply dinner or your fridge at home. Definitely a can't miss, must check out spot.

The staff was helpful and very efficient, they gave me a sheet with information on the different temperatures to cook the meat. I ended up ordering the NY strip steak. The meat had a nice amount of marbling and was very tender and flavourful. The meat was such great quality that even though I slightly overcooked it, it remained very tender. I only added minimal seasoning, salt and pepper with butter and flavor was delicious. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for quality meat.
