The birria was perfectly seasoned. It came with green and red salsas which are both very spicy. I can't eat too much of them bc of the spice but they both taste amazing. It also came with a consume side for dipping. Let me tell you, the sandwich didn't need the salsa or the consume'. It was perfect all on its on, the cheese on it was nice and melty. I had planned on only eating half the sandwich but it was so good I couldn't help myself and ended up eating the whole thing.
