While at the ford dealership trying to get parts he interrupts the employee that is cashing us out to disrespect my husband by telling her that my husband talks to much he'll have her there all day (but they have never had any conversation long enough for him to know because he always ignores him). He even asked the lady he she can stop helping us to cash him out. He is a racists disrespectful person that allows greed to get in his way. I would rather go elsewhere for service than here. He has so many cars that just sits there untouched for weeks. He cant even keep any employees. I have seen so many people working here and they all leave a few weeks later. From there they tried to sell me another service. I was not against the other service that they offered, but i wanted to hear more in detail about it. The bad experience stated here. I asked to speak to the tech about it, and they refused to let me speak to the tech and give me more detail on what i was paying for. and it left a bad taste and my mouth but i took it for a grain of salt and assumed i was over reacting. later in the day after receiving my car back my girl noticed that our seat would no longer adjust and the button for the seat was pushed in. I then called the shop to find solution. they then tried to charge me another 100 diagnostic to check the situation rather then just looking at the seat that was damaged after. I took it to the shop to talk to the owner and he yelled in my face as i remained professional and calm as i had my work gear on and could not make my employer look bad,and i have it all recorded. At parts i asked him why is he yelling when i remained calm. He then digressed and then went back to yelling. Probably the most frustrating experiencing i ever had. It was like talking to a controlling parent. I won't bash the shop because i'm sure they do good work. but working with a company that has integrity is important and this is just not that shop. i also noticed that another customer had a similar experience.

I won't go into why I didn't have the original mechanic that diagnosed to issue do the repair. I had some bad experiences with two different shops local to me, so I looked a little further afield for a new shop. I took my Yukon the Rusty's about a 35 minute drive from my home and explained the situations and symptoms. They took my car into their shop and in about 15 minutes came back, said the problem was fixed. It was a simple "reset" of the positions on the blend doors accomplished with a scan tool. I tried to settle up, and was told there was no charge. Very happy with Rusty's and I will come back if I need anything and I will also refer anyone else I know to them.

They charged me $315 for a diagnosis and told me the steel fuel tank had rusted through and was leaking fuel into the cargo area. They recommended replacing the fuel tank, hoses and lines, fuel filter, and sending unit at an estimated cost of approximately $7,000. I was skeptical because the fuel pump had recently been replaced, so I took the car to another garage for a second opinion. They found that the leak was coming from the fuel-tank sending-unit gasket...a $10 part. They replaced the gasket, and the leak stopped. They also determined that the fuel tank was not rusted out and the fuel pump was fine. I returned to Rusty's and requested a refund of the $315 diagnostic charge because their diagnosis was incorrect and could have led me to spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs. They refused. I have taken other vehicles to Rusty's in the past. Their customer service has always been very good, but I have previously questioned some of the work they recommended and the prices they charged. After this experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repair here.

Flocko met me, examined the tire and called one of his mechanics over. They jacked the vehicle up, repaired the tire and then tested the repair for leaks. I was "good to go". I was very impressed that Flocko realized that I could not drive the vehicle very far with the damaged tire, and he immediately assigned someone to repair it. The price was reasonable.
