Such a pleasure to be served by him with his welcoming and joyful personality. The mock sangrias were absolutely delightful and refreshing and we loved it!! We were treated to the ham croquets and the Patatas Bravas, and we added Bruselas to our order. I the ham croquets were fried perfectly with the right crispness, but I didn't care for the texture of the filling, and the flavor. The patatas had the perfect crispness also , soft on the inside with an interesting tangy brace sauce and aioli. The brussel sprouts were excellent, charred perfectly with a nice lemon flavor, and I loved the pumpkin seeds on top, but the next time, I'm going to ask for the beautiful foamy cheese on the side. This is a family-owned restaurant that serves authentic Spanish tapas, paellas, and craft cocktails. Opened to the public October 2025. As you enter the restaurant to the right is a nice covered patio table seating. Inside is spacious with different sections to dine in. The large bar is definitely one not to be missed. I was welcomed by Crystal, very friendly and engaging. I chose the $28 lunch special which included a choice of a starter and a main course. I chose the Crab Croquetas for my app and the Grilled Salmon entree. The Crab croquetas was topped with tuna sashimi and includes a spicy aioli (which I said no spice, please). It was very good. The Grilled Salmon was a generous size served dipped in cauliflower cream and sprinkled with Iberian ham. whoa wow! So delicious! After dining Crystal showed me the Market where they offered a variety of wine, treats and chocolates, ingredients section, and in the frozen section they have some cocktails to go, a selection of meats and cheeses. and they have packaged items ready for gift giving. I'm normally not a huge fan of paella but this pleasantly surprised me. Thank you to the manager Pau for checking up on us and ensuring we had a good experience! On weekdays, they have a $28 lunch special for a starter + main course, and also dessert for additional $6. For appetizers we got the brusselas (honestly so good), wagyu empanadas and tuna tacos (personal favorite). For main courses, we had the Paella Mixta and Paella Negra. Honestly enjoyed everything 5/5, the only thing I wasn't a fan of was the dry ham in the Paella Mixta. But the rice flavorings of both paellas were delicious and weren't overcooked/stayed crispy. Since Teleferic Barcelona opened, we've stopped in several times and have always had a great experience. Their paella is one of our favorites--just keep in mind it takes about 20 minutes to prepare, so we like to order it right away. It's well worth the wait! My family and I recently dined at Telefèric Barcelona with my aunt, who was visiting from Madrid. She's used to authentic Spanish cuisine and she approved. She absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. It was a nice day, so we chose to sit outside and enjoy the perfect weather, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Paella Mixta, Pan con Tomate, Ham Croquetas, Patatas Bravas, and the Bruselas (Brussels sprouts). Everything was outstanding, but the Brussels sprouts were a surprise favorite, the dressing took them to another level and made the dish delicious. For dessert, we shared the Trio Selection, which was the perfect way to end the meal. It included churros with Nutella, Torrija (stuffed French toast with cream), and orange mousse, allowing us to sample a little bit of everything. Every dessert was excellent. Our server, Skyler, was amazing throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Great service can make a meal memorable, and Skyler definitely did that for us. From the food and service to the ambiance and outdoor seating, everything was wonderful. I booked this spot for my husband's first Father's Day. He had always wanted to try paella as well as squid ink so what better place to try both in one dish! Me and my husband aren't big seafood eaters but this squid ink paella was delicious! It was made fresh and steaming hot! The seafood was cooked to perfection! We also had a couple of appetizers that were delicious as well, the Wagyu empanadas that came with 3 pieces and crab croquetas that came with 2 pieces. We visited this Spanish restaurant for a Valentine's Day lunch and had a nice overall experience. The paella had good flavor, although we were hoping for a crispier bottom. Since we went for lunch, the wait for the food wasn't bad at all.We ordered the wine tasting flight, which was fun to try, but we only received four of the five wines listed. This was our third visit to Teleferic, and once again, it did not disappoint. The food, service, and overall vibe have been consistently excellent every time we've come. My wife and I decided to sit at the bar this visit, and we're glad we did. Our bartender, Anna, was fantastic--super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She shared the history of Teleferic, explaining how it started in Barcelona and expanded to the U.S. We also learned that many of the staff members come from their restaurants in Spain, which adds an authentic touch to the experience. For food, we ordered the crab croquetas, salmon tartare, wagyu empanadas, and the Barcelona-style Paella Mixta. Everything was outstanding, and it was more than enough food for the two of us. For drinks, we tried the Carajillo and Bryan's Legacy, along with wine during dinner. Came out with a bed of rocks and smoke like presentation. I could eat a lot of these BUT 1 of them oyster's presentation was sloppy and had shells in it. This California based family-owned group of restaurants has been in Roseville for months now and we finally had the time to try it out. Lunch on a Sunday was our date with my dates. Tapas, paella and sangria. We had those and more. The Barceloneta Sangria and Butter Beer were our drinks. For tapas, we had the Iberian Oysters, Crab Croquetas, Spanish Almondigas and Wagyu Empanadas. These small dishes were plated beautifully. For our main dishes, we indulged on the Paella Iberico and Prime Wellington. We got a complimentary Torrija as we were celebrating a special occasion. Considering the quality an experience, the restaurant was driving for you would think they would ask about any special celebration or allergies. Our waitress was terrible. She basically made us feel that she did not want to be there. I noticed staff were basically chatting with each other. The person who cleared our table was very nice. Now for the food. Although I've tried this restaurant at their Bay Area location before, I felt this one deserved a visit. The renovation looks great and the space has a serene, classy vibe. Our server was awesome--very attentive and personable. The food was a mix of hits. The oysters were $5 each; while the presentation with the dry ice was pretty cool, the sauce didn't quite complement them and seemed to mask the natural sweetness of the oysters, leaving me wanting a bit more seasoning. The crab croquettes were good, though I couldn't really tell there was tuna on top since it was sliced so thin. The octopus tentacle was my favorite dish--grilled perfectly, crispy on the outside yet tender inside. The sauce, however, could use a bit more depth or seasoning to really make it pop. The drinks were creative and definitely strong. My dessert was delicious, though there may have been a misprint on the menu--it mentioned crème brûlée, which I didn't taste at all. Out of the items we tried, the Ham Croqueta, Heirloom Tomato Salad, and Teleferic Sangria were excellent. We ordered the Paella Negra "Barcelona's Way" for the added crunchy texture. While the paella itself was good, the added seafood on top was a bit lackluster. The shrimp, scallop and octopus didn't seem to be seasoned or cooked as well as the rest of the main dish. We went to Teleferic for a girls night out. I've been to the one in Palo Alto and really enjoyed my meal there. It was a Wednesday night and very busy (holiday season). It took about 30 minutes to get seated. When we booked we had been assigned an outdoor table and it was very cold that night. We were pleasantly surprised that we ended up being seated inside. The ambiance of the restaurant was stylish but it was very loud inside (lots of hard surfaces with no dampening). Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered 7 plates of tapas, 2 greens, 3 of the ramens specials and 2 paellas. It ended up being a little bit too much as my friends are small eaters. All the tapas were very good. My favorites were the patatas bravas.. I enjoyed the paella. We got the mixta and vegetarian, though I would have preferred the pork over vegetarian. The ramen was different and pretty tasty. Veronica, the manager, was incredibly friendly, informative, and best of all authentic (straight from Spain!), which truly reflects Telefèric's business culture. We loved the drink specials, which come with a complimentary appetizer chosen at random and every selection impressed us! My family made a reservation for 4 and a baby on a week day night for dinner. Upon arriving we were quickly shown to our table. The restaurant is beautiful! Very aesthetic! Our table was greeted by our waitress and we started up with drinks. They were all so tasty! To start with food we got some patatas bravas, the albóndigas, and chicken empanadas. I loved how quickly all of the food and drinks came out and the bussers were so on top of it with filling our waters and clearing out plates. Our waitress started out so strong but as the night went on she seemed distracted and continued to gossip with other staff for long periods of time. As our main we ordered the large paella! Overall the food all fell a little bit flat for me. The empanadas lacked flavor and the paella rice was so soft, despite us asking for it to be crispy. I really wanted to love this spot but unfortunately, the drinks, ambiance, and bussers were the best parts. We were debating dessert however, our waitress , after not checking in on us for quite some time, stopped by and dropped off the check. As she was dropping it off she asks "you didn't want dessert right?" It was a bit off putting. After seeing a friend's food pics on Facebook I reached out and asked her about this place. She said the food and staff were terrific and suggested we go together. We went last night and it did not disappoint! It was really buzzing for a Monday in Roseville. I walked to the bar to meet with my friend and we decided to enjoy dinner at the bar as well, as she said our Bartender Phillipe gave great service. Hospitality can be a lost art these days but Phillipe was awesome. He greeted me and introduced himself, made great suggestions on food and drinks and answered all our questions with a cheerful smile. He did little extras like suggesting we order our Paella crispy. Join Phillipe at the bar next time you're in if you want great service. The restaurant was very stylish. You would never know it used to be a California Pizza Kitchen. They even have a little market area where you can purchase items such as their amazing Manchego Cheese. My friend is mostly vegan, with a few pescatarian exceptions. I'm always down to try vegan dishes at great restaurants. We ordered the Vegetarian Paella and per Phillipe's suggestion we ordered the bottom crispy. It was a treat I didn't know I needed, the juxtaposition in textures from the creamy paella to the crunchy edges was a perfect balance. It came with dollops of aioli which added to the flavor and texture. I recommend ordering any Paella as soon as you are seated as it will take 25-30 minutes to come out, not a problem as we were not in a hurry at all. We started with the Crab Croquettas and I could have eaten 10 more. They were so tasty, cooked perfectly golden and holding so much flavor in a small bite. Vicky told me her friends had raved about the 2 different empanandas (beef & chicken) so I'll have to come back to try those. As for drinks I tried a sip of my friend's milk punch and it was executed perfectly. I however went with the Sangria Sampler which came with a generous portion of their 3 different Sangrias served handsomely in mason jars and a cute caddy, each with its own garnish. They were as pretty as they were delicious. It was hard to pick a favorite. I can't wait to go back. Even though it's quite the trek from my house, it's worth the drive. I took my self for lunch here on a Saturday evening. Yes solo date lol I was worried they would not have any tables available since I did not make any reservations . Luckily, I think I got there early enough to where they did have tables available. The inside is beautiful and elegant. They have a nice bar area . I ended up sitting down in their outside patio. The outside patio is also very nice it was a perfect day for it . For the food I got the Tomate Con Pan it comes with this delicious chorizo butter. I got the Prime Wellington for my main dish. The meat was so tender very well cooked . All the food was super delicious. For drinks, I got the Dragon Rose, which comes in a really cute rose glass. I also got one of their Gin and Tonics, which was good a little bit too strong, but I should've known that. For dessert, I got the dessert trio. My favorite was the orange dessert. I also ended the night with an Espresso Martini. I forgot the name of that drink, but it's literally just like an espresso martini on the dessert menu. Overall, I had a great experience here from the moment I walked in I got greeted with an Hola !! It made me feel like I was in a different country and traveled somewhere the experience was very nice. The food is undeniably great! The staff was lively. Given the fact that I have been to Barcelona multiple times, I can attest that the food is as close as you can get! The atmosphere is amazing! Make sure you make a reservation. We went there on Monday and they were fully booked, however, the hostess found a way to accommodate us which we truly appreciated. I will say that the guy who was bussing the table kept trying to take our plates away too quickly and sometimes it had food still so we had to tell him: excuse us- we are still working on this. So this part was uncomfortable. The food!!!! Croquetas: 10 out of 10. Chicken empanadas: were too greasy- like dripping grease so no thank you! Shrimp tapa: was ok.... Patatas: we're ok.. The tomato salad: omg!!!!! The best salad ever Sangria: was not as sweet as I like but I asked them to add some syrup and then it was great. Also, be advised that this restaurant is not inexpensive. Parking is so hard to find around this time. I would definitely return and try some other things. read more

3-Star Yelp Review Telefèric Barcelona - Roseville, CA Telefèric Barcelona is one of Roseville's newest upscale restaurants, and it absolutely looks the part. The décor is modern and stylish, the space is open with plenty of seating inside and out, and the whole place gives off a "we take presentation seriously" vibe. It's welcoming and visually impressive -- definitely somewhere you'd take friends or a group. We went in for a late lunch, and the service was one of the highlights. Our server, Odalis T., was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She walked us through the menu and answered questions without hesitation. She definitely set the tone for a great experience. The bar scene also stands out. A lot of guests were enjoying cocktails, and everything coming out of the bar looked like it belonged in a magazine. I ordered the La Flaca, and if you're a mezcal lover, just trust me -- it's a must-try. One of the best things we had. But then came the food... This is where things drifted a bit. We ordered several tapas: * Wagyu Empanadas * Pulpo Teleferic * Cali-Flower * Gambas al Ajillo * La Flaca (cocktail) Presentation-wise? A+. These plates looked like they were headed to a photoshoot -- beautiful colors, thoughtful plating, and very upscale. But the flavors didn't match the looks. Most dishes lacked seasoning and depth, and the sauces didn't deliver the punch you expect from Spanish tapas. The Gambas al Ajillo in particular was a surprise -- whole shrimp, heads on, not deveined, not split. Let's just say these shrimp showed up with all their original equipment. The manager explained this is how they serve them traditionally in Barcelona, but also admitted they've had multiple complaints and guests can request them deveined. Good info to know beforehand. The garlic oil they were served in didn't have much flavor either, even though the shrimp were cooked well. Overall, Telefèric Barcelona has the look, the vibe, and the service down perfectly. The drinks are already strong. The food just needs time to catch up -- which is totally normal for a place that's only been open a little over a month. I might give them another chance down the line -- they're not at the top of my "retire this spot" list just yet. But honestly, please try it for yourself. Everyone has different tastes, and you might absolutely love a dish we didn't. And who knows -- hearing your experience might be the exact reason we come back for round two. read more
