I fixed my phone here a few months ago and after two months the screen came loss at the side of my phone. I had to fix it again and I had to pay again. Also the screens aren't real Apple screens. My friend had the same thing. Wouldn't recommend it. read more

When my old charger broke I bought an off market one from Amazon -- big mistake. After using it for about a month, it one day burnt my charger port in my phone and so did the USB cable itself. I requested quotes from other places and Telekom Wireless had the best rate. I took it in and after inspection, was told it would take about an hour. It ended up only taking 20 minutes or so. I definitely agree with everyone else's reviews on this place. I too found them on craigslist, they're definitely fast, affordable, and great to you when you come more than once. I've been to this place maybe 4-5 times to replace different things on my previous iPhone 4S. I will be taking my iPad 3 here soon to have the screen replaced. I refer all my friends and family here. I'd give these guys five stars except I had to go back three times to get my problem rectified. Initially I had a broken screen and after reading their stellar reviews I figured I'd give them a shot. Work was done fast and all was good until I realized they killed Siri. That's right, no more talkin' to my bitch and having her respond to all my desires because Telekom killed her. I went back and after a few minutes they said, "boss man.., your phone is ready". That's how they are... very respectful and pleasant to deal with. After about an hour of abusing Siri my screen suddenly went black. Then after a while I was sending an email and "poof", screen goes black again and now phone calls sound like s^%t because the speaker is defective. Third trip back and the guys were VERY apologetic and promised it'd be my last time. The phone is completely fixed AND they gave me a free case because of my trouble. Was I happy I had to go back three times... certainly not. Am I happy with their customer service... Absolutely! Would I go back... most definitely! These guys are all about PLEASING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! Not a big corporation... just regular guys doing their best to have a reliable, responsible business and running it with honesty and integrity. Super simple! Parked right in front - bring in my phone with cracked screen- had a pedicure - picked up phone.

Though my new screen itself worked, after a few minutes of constant use there was something wrong with the connection between the screen and the phone and no info would show up, even though the screen was reactive. I went back and after trying to fix it, they just gave me a replacement LG G3, which works perfectly. I'm really impressed that they stood behind their work so much that they replaced my phone, even when the problem could have been something else caused by the same drop that broke the screen initially. It's not a convenient place for me to go, but next time I crack my screen (nd I know I will eventially) I'll go back here to get it fixed. read more
