my 2015 Toyota Highlander made a awful noise in the engine area and I excepted the worse, since the mileage is pretty high. the techs there isolated the problem down to the water pump and made sure all other components were in good shape, even checking the timing chain. the water pump was replaced with tensioner and all is good , back on the road with a car that is quiet and smooth. Had a fuel pump issue about a month before taking it to these unethical imbeciles. My mechanic inspected my vehicle after making repairs and told me everything was good to go. Then I took my car to get an oil change here, and they told me my fuel pump was about to go, but I knew I already had it replaced, and they were lying to me. I just nodding pretending I knew nothing, and asked them what the issue was, and how much they were trying to charge. tldr; these guys are liars, they might even damage your vehicle so that they could steal your money. I brought my vehicle to this shop for a transmission diagnostic and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. My vehicle remained at the shop for over four weeks before I received any final answer regarding the issue. I was charged for diagnostics and was informed that no problems were found, despite the fact that the transmission continues to slip exactly as it did before service. I also noticed a significant amount of fuel had been used while the vehicle was in the shop's possession. I understand that road testing may be necessary during diagnostics, but the amount of fuel consumed seemed excessive given the outcome. Overall, after more than a month without a resolution and still experiencing the same transmission issue, I left feeling frustrated with the communication, turnaround time, and results provided. had my battery tested again and Costco confirmed that Temecula auto repair and transmission did not even test my battery... They tested someone else's battery. So apart from not getting an accurate reliable valid parasitic draw diagnosis and a electrical/short circuit diagnosis, they flat out lied about the whole basis of their argument which was my battery was bad. After my experience last week with this company regarding checking my coolant and engine light. I saw that my low coolant light was still on so I stopped by to ask them why my light was still on. Come to find out I was told they never put coolant in it? It was going to cost $700 to fix that or replace it. I was told I should've looked in the paperwork, so once again I left in disbelief. My boyfriend & I were there together to pick up my car last week & we were never told about the cost to fix it? We were told they put coolant in it, & the cap had some calcium around it. Im still very confused why they let us leave without coolant? A lady reached out to me to explain why they charged me to look for the problem & justify the cost. I still feel wronged by this company. Ramsey, Thank you for the response, and particularly for the apology, I appreciate it. However a few critical and unfortunately necessary corrections to your response: 1 - it was a Friday and I was told on the phone the vehicle would be looked at on the following Monday; since my dealership was backed up up 1-2 weeks, that comment was the deciding factor in my towing the vehicle to you. At no point was I told you were backed up 2 weeks. You took a week to look at it. That's not what I was promised. 2 - when I checked the vehicle in, in-person, I explained the gear shifter button was loose and that I suspected I may have broken it. 3 - i was told twice on one phone call that multiple wiring issues were found - and that diagnosis on that was continuing (you'd had the vehicle for 10 days at that point). My memory is 100% accurate. That was the red flag comment that caused me to realize I needed to get my vehicle out of your shop before I was quoted for unnecessary repairs. From my standpoint, with these important points, you either have bad info or you are outright lying to salvage your reputation, which frankly only makes it worse. My trust in you is lower than it was before you posted your response. I brought my vehicle in for a broken button which I eventually fixed myself for less than $30 thanks to a YouTube video, took about 30 minutes. You could have done the same. Instead you held onto my truck for 2 weeks to give yourselves time to wrack up a laundry list of extras. And now with this post you have proven to me that you are dishonest as well. read more

I had brought in my 2016 Nissan Rogue SL for a front brake change. I had called and made an appointment and was a little late as I did not expect the traffic to be so heavy. From the time I arrived I was very impressed and thankful for the information they provided. I waited a reasonable time for them to complete the work and we were out the door. They informed me about the braking in of the pads and I appreciated that. I worked on tow tractors in the Navy before I became handicapped and found that there professionalism was very refreshing and appreciated as I did not receive that at prior auto repair facilities. After getting the car returned and was driving home it was like handling so much better. I thank them and for also while putting the car back together they had found other issues that should be looked at in the future. The quality of work and professionalism is outstanding and I would like to hope people will continue to bring their vehicles to this facility to get their work done. If you do please make sure you explain everything that happened during the operation of the vehicle (like what conditions, when and so on). Also explain any work you had tried to do personally so they can give you and accurate diagnosis of your vehicles issue or issues. I was fortunately referred by my son-in-law and daughter who were down here visiting my spouse and me as my spouse had a stroke the month before. They were from Washington State and this facility had fixed it famously. My son-in-law, daughter and grandkids all drove home with no issues and their vehicle is still running strong to this day. This is my first bad review ever. I never thought I would have to leave one but unfortunately I must to protect others from this dishonest business. I am not a car expert and the dude Chris who "helped" me obviously sensed that and he tried to rip me off. I went in because my brakes were starting to squeak a little and he told me that my rotors were cracked and that brake labor would be $500 with a "brake reprogramming" fee. Something felt fishy about his vibe so I decided to wait until my cousin who is a mechanic visited town. He immediately showed me that none of my rotors were cracked and he also showed me that these brakes don't even need to be "reprogrammed". I then was able to confirm this with another mechanic in town. It's sad that there are people like this who will try to manipulate others so they can make a quick buck. We have had three repairs from this shop. The first one was good a simple oil change. The second one was a transmission repair, I was over charged a little but i thought I trusted them. The third repair changing out a oil pan gasket. I feel that i was overcharged by about $400. I called numerous times for an explanation however no call back. I did not have a choice at the time to shop the work because my oil pan was completely drained. however, after I found talking with the shop that stood behind their mistake that Lexus and two other reputable shops would have charged me about $about $650 - 700 for the work Even the shop who made the error of cross threading the pan reimbursed me $750 of the the billed amount of $1,147 to replace the oil pan. I was told that the owner Ramsey would call be back. I have now called over 6 times and each time was told that the owner would call me back. I received 1 call back after the first call where he stated he would call me back. To date no call back to explain why I was over charged. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN. read more

Took in my 2001 Acura MDX for an oil change, break check and A/C check expecting to pay a fortune in repairs. They did all I asked and more, only needed an oil change. Told me my breaks were good, and told me what was wrong with the AC and how to easily fix it myself with part from eBay. Only payed $77 for all the diagnosis and oil change...more than fair. I made the appointment and when I got there on time, I was told it would be awhile. I asked what was the purpose of making an appointment if that was the case. So I came in today because a family member referred me to this place. I was told that it was too late to do a smog check. It was 4:50 and they close at 5:30. I figured "okay, they are probably busy", even though there was no one in the lobby, there's a bar next door where people can have a beer while they wait. I asked when I should come in tomorrow. He says 9:30-10. So I get in my car to tell my family member that they said it was too late for them. While on the phone, I see that they are closing their garage doors. It's still 5:00. At that point, I was pissed. They weren't busy, they just didn't want to take me in. This same day, I stopped by a different shop down the street that also closes at 5:30. If you are looking for honest great work done, then this is your spot. I first came in for smog check and work done to pass smog test. I felt good with their quote and diagnostic price. Because of this work, I decided to bring in my car back for major work and maintenance. I have an 02 Ford Focus and went in for a complete diagnostic check. We found many things wrong with it and then came the quote of work to be done. I appreciated the honesty and their willingness to help out with finding coupons to use and price match etc. We concluded the final price comfortably and without hassle. I felt good about the job to be done and was impressed with their turn around time. Sure enough, they were on point with their estimated time to finish. I came in and processed for payment with credit. I got my receipt and detailed worked printed out along with warranty information. When taking off from shop, I noticed the car was cleaner than I left it. The engine looked brand new, and the best part was how it rode on the streets. I really felt like it was a brand new car compared to how it ran before the work done. This is simply my experience only, and I hope others get the same treatment as well. Yes the incident was a year ago, but you did have a chance to tow it back to your place, "Fixed it" and we took it to a place that is very reputable. Where they informed me that the accelerator being stuck was in fact due to your mechanics negligence. He said the mechanic had no business being by the breaks and or accelerator. What happen should have never happen. And for you to then not even offer a refund or any compensation for further repairs. Your mechanics need to be watched or properly trained. They could have killed me and this should not be taken lightly. Believe me when I say I tell everyone about your shop and how horrible the customer service is as well as the work. And you are absolutely right, I should have left this review a year ago to warn the public. I should also contact a lawyer so that you never do this to another person again. THE ACCELERATOR WAS TAMPERED WITH WHEN ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS A 120000 MILE SERVICE! YOUR MECHANIC DID NOT BELONG ANYWHERE NEAR THE DRIVERS SIDE!
