He had mimosas ready for us when we boarded the bus. At each of the 4 stops (we did 2 wineries and 2 breweries), everything was extremely organized. Being unfamiliar with Temecula or any of its wineries, I contacted Moses at Moses Tours to inquire about a private wine tour for two (to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday). I did not know what we wanted or which wineries to go to. I only specified that I wanted it to be special. Moses did not disappoint! In fact, he went beyond everything we could possibly ask for. He organized everything for us, including a champagne toast, a private tour of the Faulkner winery, a cave tour, and 4 private wine tastings at 4 very different and unique wineries. We had a fairly large group of rowdy people of all ages on a tour. We followed Moses on a journey to the promise land of grapes and honey and it couldn't have gone better. He was on time, very personal, and ready for everything anticipating or every need, and there were some needy people with us. I had a small problem when I forgot my wallet in my car at the pick up location and Moses so kind and accommodating went back to my car since we were already at the first winery and found my wallet and brought it back to me. The wine tour was a lot of fun lots of delicious wine but the tour was very rushed we received a call 15 minutes before our scheduled time saying that if we were late we would have to meet them at the first winery. When we arrive the driver rushed us over to the first winery Barry recklessly every trip in the van with chaotic speeding through the street even the last tour back to our car we sped back and by that point with all the wine everyone got sick we dropped our food very unprofessional driving. I don't think I would book this tour again although it was very fun at the wineries. read more

I have a group of 10 people that meet in Temecula once a year. The past 4 years we have been using Moses Wine Tours. I wont use anyone else. Moses knows the area very well. He brings us to the wineries we want to go to and make sure we taste the top bottles. Is someone in the your group not the biggest fan of wine and more a beer person? This is as personal as it gets when it comes to wine tours. Larry is great at what he does and is extrememly knowledgeable about the surrounding wineries. His ride is also really cozy! It comfortably fits 7 in the back and 1 up front. The sound is loud and clear and he has a hookup for your phone/ipod/etc. so you can have control of what you want to hear throughout your tour. It was my wifes 30th birthday and we had South Coast, Wilson Creek, Keyways, and Bulldog Brewery on the agenda. There was 6 of us on the tour and Larry picked us up at the residence of our choice. He arrived 5 minutes prior to our pickup time and didn't mind hanging out until after we made our first round of drinks for the ride. We were off! On our way out of South Coast he had us setup for a photo, his doing, we didn't even need to ask! Then at Wilson Creek he had a cheese/meat platter prepared for us out in the courtyard that was really good and well needed. Keyways was great and was also his suggestion. We'll definitely be getting back there for some Sangria! On the way to Bulldog we were getting a little rowdy/loud and Larry was very personable, laughing, and listening to some tunes! Bar none this tour company is the best I have EVER booked with (in Canada or the US!) For starters no-one in the Temecula area would pick up in Aguanga (which defeats the drinking and driving dilemma) or be bothered to call me back once they heard that we were in Aguanga.
