I must have called him three or more times to ask questions, confirm details and make small changes, and he gladly was able to accommodate my group. He was even able to get us a bus with a dancing pole in it as requested. Let's talk about customer service. We were planning another trip to the wineries and our previous excellent company wasn't available for our party. Fearful of not being able to find another company that would live up to our expectations, we began calling a few companies for quotes and to understand their process. Enter Armando and Vineyard Limousines who came back not only with a competitive quote, but the wife and I were unanimous immediately after speaking with them that we may have found another gem. We booked a tour for 3 months out...during a pandemic, hopeful that we would be able to make it work. As we neared the date, our party slowly dwindled due to COVID. In a stressful situation, we called Armando to see if we could reach an agreement. Armando was understanding, supportive, and helped talk through options, which Im extremely thankful for. While we didn't get to experience their full wine tasting experience quite yet, an update will be coming which I'm fully expecting the be equally as impressive as their initial reaction and support. We came up with the idea to surprise my mom with a bunch of her friends to go winetasting for her landmark birthday. We started on Google looking for wine tasting limo tours and not only were these guys the first to call us back but they were very personable and very flexible and they made it sound like they would go the extra distance to make sure we had a great time. The owners of the company were very friendly and easy to deal with and Always quick to respond. They offer a great variety of wineries to choose from from elegant to family friendly. We went with three wineries that were included and decided not to choose any of the wineries that come with a small extra fee. We went with Lorimar, Callaway and LongShadow Ranch. Because of the size of our party, we went with a van as opposed to a limo. It was very clean and in great shape. They had extras like champagne glasses (and a bottle of champagne), waters and fun things like light effects. There were plenty of seats for us and we stored extra stuff in the back. Our driver MW was super friendly, a very safe driver, and always was very clear as far as where to meet him for pick up and what time we needed to be moving onto the next place. I had a phenomenal experience with this company. I planned to book a wine tour with 25+ people for my birthday 3 months in advance, but my friends were a bit late on letting me know their availability so I was not able to book the party bus until a month before. When I called, Armando let me know that all his buses were fully booked. At that point, I was freaking out about what I should do. He let me know that he could try to find another bus for me through his connections. A day later, he called and told me they had found another bus that we could use. Honestly, I was so grateful and appreciative of his efforts and communication through this process. The wine tour itself was a whooooole other experience that was unlike anything I have ever done before. My friends and I planned for 3 winery stops in the span of 4 hours. We definitely underestimated the amount of wine we were going to be drinking. It was hard for me to complete my tasting cards because it was SO MUCH. Armando crosses every "t" and dots every "i"...which I HIGHLY care about. You never want to worry about your limo not showing up on time or not coming as advertised. Going through the booking process, I could tell that wouldn't be the case here. Armando (I believe is the owner) asked lots of questions and gave me plenty of answers when I was shopping limo companies for a wine tasting tour event my friends and I had. We ended up renting their newest limo for $10/hr more than they charge for the others they have in their fleet. We had 3 men and 3 women in it, but could have fit 8 people fairly comfortably...no more. It had two doors (on at the end and one in the middle of the car) so that we didn't have to climb all over the furniture at every stop, which we appreciated in our heels and at our age. The rental came with 1 bottle of champagne, glasses, and ice. The stereo and lights all worked as advertised and the limo was in excellent shape. Jonathan was our driver...he showed up on time and was polite and professional throughout the entire day and stayed later than we booked without a complaint.
