The spam egg musubi is tasty delicious and good size for a quick afternoon snack. They also have lots of drinks and snacks. I got a few different kinds of grape juice. Red grape juice with milk is refreshing while green grape juice is really sweet.

It's also located in the Tempe Culdesac, which has so many fun storefronts around. Depending on time of visit, parking nearby can be a little challenging. The lot may be full, but there is street parking around. Busan Mart attempts to embody the convenience store style of Asia with their readymade foods and instant noodle making stations. It's a very novel experience. The readymade foods aren't the best, but something I appreciated was that the workers here are pretty accommodating for my friend who has food allergies. They custom made a gimbap roll for her, which was so kind of them. I love that they offer instant noodle varieties and snacks that even the full sized Asian markets in the valley don't carry. If you're looking for something very specific, Busan Mart may carry it! As they're a convenience store type of concept, I would not say they're good for regular groceries or food. It's fun for a young adult or college student type of vibe, but it's also a little bit pricey for what you're getting. If you can temper expectations and keep what they're going for in mind, Busan Mart is definitely worth the visit at least once.

My family and I have been visiting fashion Square since the first week I moved to Arizona in 2004…read more I actually ended up working at Dillards a week later. So the food court at the mall here has a very long standing special place in my heart. It has had a big transformation from 2004. The selections and different varieties of food have truly gone above and beyond for what you would want in a food court. Now that I have a family of my own we have been coming here for several reasons. It could be for shopping, the movies, a special event or just to visit their food court. The best part about it is that no matter what each and everyone of us wants that day the selection available is there and we can have plenty to pick from. My sons favorite has to be fired pie. My daughter really likes Panda. I like everything and so does my husband. Now that Dragon's breath us there we will continue to come there for after movie treats the kids absolutely love it. And the fact that Starbucks is right there on my way out the door is perfect for me.;)

They also have a few nearby Mall watering holes, such as: * Kona Grill * Z Tejas Grill * Yard House * Modern Steak They're all pretty good, depending on what you're in the mood for eating and what game is on their big HDTVs. BTW, the Happy Hours at Z Tejas and Kona are very good!

Left hungry and very disappointed. Bad atmosphere, service and no food. I came for an actual Baggins and instead found this creepy, feels abandoned food court. The vibes are so off. This Baggins is part of what feels like an autonomous food court. You have to drive through an industrial park to find it. Then you park and walk around the building to the main entrance. There are no people, the interior feels like an empty waiting room from the 60s. You put your order in on the tablet. This is a food court so it's multiple popular places under one roof. Baggins was only called BGS. The atmosphere was so off, I would just drive up to the Shea location next time. I saw a lot of people picking up to go orders from the back door by the parking lot. That's the only way I would do it again. Don't bother ordering in person and waiting, feels like you are in an old elementary school with nobody there. And the wait is double what the machine quotes. They should just make it food delivery only.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience Misleading & Poor Customer Service…read more I am writing this review because my experiences at The Food Hub located at 720 W. Highland Ave., Phoenix have been consistently disappointing and unprofessional, and management needs to be aware of what is happening at this location. Every time I come here, there is an unnecessary attitude from staff. Orders are frequently missing items, and instead of taking accountability or resolving the issue professionally, the employees immediately become defensive and rude as if the mistake is somehow the customer's or the delivery driver's fault. It is not. During my most recent visit, a Hispanic male employee was especially disrespectful. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding a missing item, he refused to get one, dismissed me entirely, and literally walked away from the counter mid-conversation. That behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting. To make matters worse, he claimed that I "always come in with a bad attitude," which is completely false. In fact, during my previous visit, the manager acknowledged their mistake and compensated me for it, which contradicts the claim that I am the problem. So which is it? If I were truly the issue, why did management previously admit fault and correct it? This location operates in a way that feels intentionally misleading. Customers believe they are ordering from legitimate brands such as Starbucks when in reality, this is NOT a real Starbucks location. The drinks and food are being produced through this food hub, yet customers are led to believe they are receiving authentic products from the original companies. That is deceptive and unfair to customers who are paying premium prices expecting authentic items. Overall, this business lacks: * Accountability * Professional customer service * Transparency * Proper management intervention It is incredibly frustrating to feel disrespected, dismissed, and misled as a paying customer. People deserve honesty about where their food is coming from and basic respect when issues arise--especially when the mistake is not theirs. I strongly encourage ownership or upper management to step in, retrain staff, and address the misleading nature of how this location operates. Until then, I would advise customers to pay close attention to where their money is going and what they are actually receiving. This location needs serious improvement.
