Lee was super helpful, friendly, not pushy at all and the store is clean, well lit and looks so cozy. Not like a warehouse feeling of other mattress stores. Lee showed us the mattress we were interested in and not only price matched but gave us a mattress protector and explained the exchange policy. We were in and out within 20 minutes and it felt great supporting a family business. Tom's Family Christmas card was right there on the desk and Lee even called Tom to check in. We bought a Stressless chair, which they sell many of, in the 90s, and it's still my favorite chair in the house. Even the delivery people love working there and care about your satisfaction. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. I can go on and on about what a great experience and value it is to shop there, but most have probably stopped reading this by now. From the minute John at the Crossroads store greeted us, to when we finished making our purchases with Jared at the Downtown store (which had the exact mattress we wanted to try) we were amazed by the expertise and thoughtfulness that underpinned the entire experience. Haven't been able to sleep on it. In store, the sales associates will say "we ask that you try the mattress for one month before returning" aka they will absolutely not accept a mattress being returned within in the first month. So we had to live with this incredibly stinky mattress for a month to wait to return. We bought the mattress protector but we were keeping it off the bed so that the bed could air out, and our toddler got a little food stain on it. I used the cleaning strategies it said to use on their website and it turned the area on the mattress white. Now they won't let us return the mattress. I will never recommend this company or mattress.

I actually found out about Casper when I was checking out Purple bed at Macy's but ended up not liking it at all and was browsing around and really liked the Casper model they had there, they only had 2 models for me to try and I assume the staff at the official Casper store would know more about Casper than at Macy's, good thing there's a location also here in Bellevue Square. The pillows have been wonderful also, I get the original and the down model to switch back and forth. Delivery was really easy, they took my old mattress so I didn't have to worry about putting it up on OfferUp and have random people stopping by my home.
