After the purchase, I discovered the exact same item was listed online at a lower regular price than the listed clearance price in store. What was especially frustrating was learning that the pricing issue appeared to be related to an internal pricing/update problem, yet the burden of that mistake was ultimately placed on the customer. Even after reaching out respectfully and explaining the concern, no accommodation or adjustment was offered. I understand stores have policies, but this felt extremely unfair and left a very bad impression. A clearance item with reduced customer protections should not be presented at a higher listed price than the regular item online. While the staff communicated politely, the overall handling of the situation was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of the store. I will not shop here again, and I would not feel comfortable recommending friends or family to purchase here either.

The initial sofa was received defective upon delivery, so Dania replaced it. After several years of use, a couple of the leg screws became loose and popped out. The screws were ill-fitted and I had to buy a couple of new screws from a hardware store to fix the problem. Hence, I am a little leary on buying furniture from Dania again based on the quality issues of the sofa.

We were encouraged to apply for a Crate & Barrel store card for financing and were told it would commonly support a much higher financing amount. We applied, received only a $1,000 limit, and were told to accept it and that the issue would be corrected later. It was not corrected, but the application still affected my credit score. Then came the delivery issues. Our delivery was scheduled for June 3. The team brought in part of the bed, opened the headboard, and found a large crack. They said it had to be returned. We asked them to at least bring in the dresser, but they said they only had two people and it was too heavy. Customer service did not take meaningful ownership. We explained that we had guests coming for a housewarming and needed the bedroom completed urgently, but we were told nothing could be done and had to wait another week. On June 10, the rescheduled delivery failed again. The driver called and said they did not have enough people to bring the furniture in, canceled the delivery, and then stopped answering calls. We paid premium pricing, lost multiple days waiting at home, received damaged furniture, and still do not have the furniture delivered. Our bedroom is unusable right before guests arrive. This has been the worst shopping and delivery experience we have had at this price level. Crate & Barrel needs to take responsibility, deliver with the correct crew, and provide real compensation for the failed deliveries, damaged item, and wasted time.

They don't deliver to Alaska and I feel like Olivia and Christine went above and beyond to help us with our third party shipper to get our furniture shipped. They ship for free in the lower 48, so it went to the docks for free in Tacoma and we took care of it the rest of the way! A mere 4 days after ordering and I'm contacted, letting me know the order is packed per my request and will be shipping soon! I sure hope we love this furniture once it's here and set up, like we think we will!!

The pieces of wood that the legs go in were loose and the sections moved and shifted around constantly. I don't know if they are making these in China at a cheaper factory but what we got was not anywhere near what they advertise. Returned for a refund. Original cost $5,648.13. The refund we received was $3,712.72. Short by $1,935.41. I did not received a refund notice but rather contacted them 10 days later to find this horrible discrepancy. Buyer Beware!! DO NOT BUY!
