However, after taking it home and sleeping on it for the first night, the experience was completely different. I woke up with severe neck, back, and body pain--as if I had worked a double shift. Since then, I haven't been able to get a good night's sleep. When I went back to the store to express my concerns, the first employee told me that I simply needed to "adjust" to the mattress, comparing it to breaking in a new pair of shoes. I was also told that returning it would cost me $248, which is such a high fee that it left me with virtually no realistic option. Later, I called the store hoping to find a solution, and another employee gave me the exact same comparison to a pair of shoes. That comparison is completely irrational. A mattress is not a pair of shoes. A mattress directly affects your sleep, your health, and your quality of life. If it causes significant pain from the very first night, that is a serious issue--not something customers should simply be expected to tolerate. What bothered me even more were the contradictions. First, I was told that I needed to sleep on the mattress for many nights so it would soften up and become more comfortable. But in the same conversation, I was also told that the floor model felt different because it had already been broken in from being used by customers in the store. That explanation simply doesn't make sense. No one sleeps on a showroom mattress every night, so how can that be the reason it feels so different? What frustrates me the most is that none of this was disclosed before I made my purchase. Had I been told that the mattress I took home would not feel like the one I tested in the store, I would never have bought it. That is essential information every customer deserves to know before making such an important purchase. I am writing this review to help other customers avoid going through the same experience. Buyers deserve honest information before making a decision--not incomplete explanations during the sale, contradictory answers afterward, and a return fee so expensive that many people feel trapped with a mattress that causes them pain.

Mattress is too firm or too soft? No problem at all, we'll adjust it. All that matters is your comfort and how it feels to you." THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THAT PROMISE! By February, less than a year later, the mattress had become far too soft and unsupportive. Since we were still within the 12 month warranty period, we asked to exchange it for a firmer model. After waiting about a month, the replacement was delivered, but even the delivery team mentioned it appeared to be the same mattress. Unfortunately, it felt no different and did not solve the issue. When we contacted them again in April, still within the warranty period, we were told our option was to buy another mattress for nearly $3,000, with only a small discount offered. Very disappointing experience. If you need a genuinely firm mattress or have back issues, I would be cautious and clarify the warranty and exchange policy before purchasing.
