Sadly, can't come often because this is a mall location. But when it was open, it was great, had wonderful bubble tea to drink, and it's always consistent! Sadly, sometimes, they don't have some products in stock, but that's ok, there's a big variety to choose from anyways!

Highly reccomend for good slush boba! This is my sister and i's fave boba location! Ever since i started working in Square one, i always get bubble tea here. We ended up being obsessed haha! They were not in service majority of the pandemic which i understand and because they are inside the mall. They recently opened along with other businesses for stage 2. We couldn't be any more than happy! I was able to order our favorite aka strawberry slush. It was just that day, i noticed that strawberry slush is caffeine free when i was ordering! What, that's so cool?! I also asked for extra tapioca because that's how my sister liked it. Surprising they gave in a cute reusuable cup and i regret i didn't buy myself either when i was getting one for my sister haha! If you have a tenren's app or associate with benefit program, they give you a receipt and stamp a code. You keep it until you come back next time, so you can fill your points in. Otherwise, looking forward to buying boba here again!!

So excited to find this in an Ontario mall because they closed two stores in California which I used to go to . Enjoyed my red bean drink and would have ordered tea if it was earlier in the day . So many good choices .

And once more for good measure.

I thought this place was pretty good. I drink specialty drinks like water. So I went through it pretty quickly and it's been a while since I had it. So I cannot review it very accurately apart from my memory. What I will share is, I do enjoy how Ten Ren is a mix of specialty tea retailer that sells sets of cups and iron kettles and teas, as well as tea drinks. I loved that they have basil seeds as a topper. So delicious! I'd try it again to review it properly. For the time being my photos.

Incredibly generic boba, nothing special whatsoever. I ordered the Hokkaido milk tea which was pretty standard. Not quite sure what made it Hokkaido milk tea since it tasted like a normal original milk tea. Boba was honestly crunchy in the middle, absolutely horrific! I'm also not used to boba cups being paper? That doesn't affect flavor, but a friend commented and said it looked like a gas station cup! My family liked their taros however, which is why I'm giving it three stars instead of two. If you're pressed for boba and time, maybe stop by and get a drink, but don't get toppings. And don't expect great service either. The employees all looked miserable and it translated to their service and drinks.

I literally sought out Ten Ren's Tea after see their bubble tea iceream on instagram! I've never actually tried their boba tea before but I may have to after this experience. This small location in Square One has no seating within the store, but it is a mall after all so you will find some elsewhere. When I ordered the crushed oreo and tapioca ice cream, the Tearista looked really confused and actually had to look at the menu to see what I was talking about. Turns out I am the first to order it at this location, lol. I was a little surprised because I saw it on instagram like a dozen times, but I am sure they were taken at different locations. The dessert was actually really good, but mainly the milk tea flavored icecream and the tapioca. I could have lived without the crushed oreo. The only downsides is the incredibly small size for the price, but that may be due to the Tearista's lack of experience with the dessert.

Horrible service. I was here on Dec 16 and the cashier was very rude. She acted and spoke very rudely. Will never go back.

And the clotted cream and jam supplied by Devon cream company is delicious. I am not a jam fan but the vanilla berry jam is So good! They have a little under 300 varieties of tea and you can actually choose your tea after smelling it from the glass container too. It was such an experience! I ended up purchasing a few small tea packets to bring home as well so ended up trying four varieties of tea.

Hot water was added to our teas, and otherwise we were left to talk amongst ourselves. They served clotted cream, and a choice of jam with their scones. Had a mixed berry jam which was a good amount of tart and sweetness. Scones were excellent, one of the best I've had so far; which admittedly is not a lot. The sandwiches were okay, filling good, but bread a bit stale. The sweets were a small selection of 4 desserts and berries on the side. There was a lot of food for the 'White House Tea' set, well worth the money and the experience. Nice to try, but a bit far to come back again. Will definitely recommend to someone in the area!

Most of the drinks here come with toppings, which I usually prefer not to have on my drinks. However, they are generally pretty flexible removing with removing them. If you do enjoy toppings in your fruit teas and drinks, then you'll enjoy the drinks here. I had initially come here to try their Lava Taro drinks, but because I come by this location in the afternoon, they're always out by then. The staff told us that their Lava Taro products usually run out for the day at around early afternoon (around 1-3 o'clock pm). Do keep that in mind if you plan to get it. I got their Creme Brulee milk tea, which was very good. Their milk teas are good quality. My boyfriend tried their Very Grape Lime, which I've had before and I also enjoyed. Aside from that, I've had their Tiramisu latte, their Hero milk tea, and their berry fusion, which have all been very good. As far as I know, the drinks come in a fixed size. I wish I could further customize the size as sometimes I want a larger Tiramisu latte, but they do let you customize the sugar and ice level. Otherwise, very solid location. The staff are friendly and quick, and there's always ample seating. The art inside the store is very cool and anime-esque.

I got 3 drinks: one Jasmine green tea, one classic milk Boba tea and one pineapple tea with Boba. I was not that big of a fan of the pineapple but loved the other ones. I don't like the Boba used as I find it a little too chewy and the taste isn't as good as other Boba pearls I've had. I find this one to have a bit of stronger taste. It's a small shop, but cute. There are board games available and it gives off a cozy/chill vibe. When waiting for your drink, there's a seating area near the door and even a game you can try. The timer/game gives you the chance to win a free drink on the house if you manage to get a perfect 10:00 score (I mean you manage to stop the timer on that time). Product was well packaged. Drink was not too sweet despite not having adjusted the sweetness level, which I liked. The only thing for me was the waiting time which took forever, as in more than 20 minutes to be served. It was busy and there was only 1 person working. 1 person for the entire place, to make drinks and take the orders. I can imagine how much slower it would be during peak hours. I went during non-peak hours and there was only 2 people in store sitting down, yet it took me over 20 minutes to get my drinks.
