On a pretty busy night, one employee was handling nearly everything--taking orders, preparing food, serving drinks, and handling alcohol orders. At one point, there were approximately 20 tickets waiting to be prepared, many of them orders for children and families. I personally waited over an hour and a half for my food. The employee was courteous and clearly doing his best, but he was left without adequate support. All while, keeping a professional composure. Kudos to him! Meanwhile, customers became increasingly frustrated. Management needs to seriously evaluate its staffing and support during busy periods. Leaving one employee to manage this volume of orders is unacceptable, and the excessive wait time will be a major factor in my decision whether to return. Otherwise this place has great potential.

The staff was super kind as well from the check in desk to the servers coming to check on us, provide us waters and take orders for food. They have a variety of options for food and beverages including mixed drinks. They have a small selection of Arcade games but nothing to the extent of a full arcade. Overall, this is a decent bowling alley for both the avid and novice bowlers. Its not too busy on early weekends so it is a nice spot to hang out with a group.

I couldn't feel my feet, hands, or nose by the time I left there, and I was wearing a jean jacket and leggings. I know better for next time. There's not much parking available on the side of the building, but there's plenty in the front. It's just a short walk to get to the entrance. I recommend this place for ice skating lessons. My daughter loves her instructor.
