He then preceded to pull out a cash drawer and count it down which took an additional ten minutes of us just standing there. We were told that new policy was in place that required us to pay on that side for bowling lane so I said no problem. Well, when he pulled out the mobile square payment device for cards the thing wasn't even charged up! So I still ended up paying on the food side( so much for new policy). Very unprofessional and even the young lady working the food side said " his lazy azz been here all day doing nothing , so the least he could have done was have the device charged and ready to go" . Ordered wings and they sucked but that wasn't the issue.

On a pretty busy night, one employee was handling nearly everything--taking orders, preparing food, serving drinks, and handling alcohol orders. At one point, there were approximately 20 tickets waiting to be prepared, many of them orders for children and families. I personally waited over an hour and a half for my food. The employee was courteous and clearly doing his best, but he was left without adequate support. All while, keeping a professional composure. Kudos to him! Meanwhile, customers became increasingly frustrated. Management needs to seriously evaluate its staffing and support during busy periods. Leaving one employee to manage this volume of orders is unacceptable, and the excessive wait time will be a major factor in my decision whether to return. Otherwise this place has great potential.

Then Rebecca had a health scare and praise God she is still with us. This building was ordinally built in 1946 by a lady named Mary Ann, you would not know it by the way it looks now. So kudos to the bartenders. The dry rub wings had a great crispy to them and they did not lack seasoning. Lastly, get the cheddar biscuits. They are made fresh, and had great flavor. They had scoop of butter, grape and strawberry jelly. When it came time for bowling. Our bill and drinks were transferred over to the alley tab. Our shoes were waiting for us at the lanes. Bowling was a breeze, and navigating the computer system to keep score was easy. The seating in the alleys were leather couches, and a table to have food at. There was a waitress walking around getting anything we needs, like food, drinks or problems that needed to be solved. Bathrooms were clean and amusing with signage. It made me giggle. The supplies were well stocked. The alleys and property inside and out were very clean. The surrounding area seems to be making a change, but it is still questionable in some areas, and there is a lot of construction nearby. I always felt safe though.
