Nice little sushi shop, right in the heart of the Maple Grove shopping strip. Huge menu, plenty of rolls, nigiri and sashimi choices. They also had noodles, rice bowls and other Japanese dishes. The service was nice, as was the atmosphere. The rolls were very good, good sauces and flavors. The shrimp tempura in the rolls was fried perfectly. I would most definitely go back here for sushi again!

I placed a DoorDash order from Ten Sushi yesterday when the power went out and I couldn't cook. Since my order wasn't ready when I arrived, I killed time at Marshall's and I got a notification that my order was ready 5 mins earlier than expected. I was helped immediately and my order was ready. Love the cat holding candy dish (I took a few ;)). Both the eel avocado and tuna rolls were tasty and filling. the fish tasted fresh even though it was Sunday. Hope to dine in soon!

Another great spot for your sushi fix north of the cities! I have been here numerous times and this place has never disappointed! The food and the cocktails are delicious. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. The interior is modern, clean, and comfortable. They also have hibachi and cooked sushi for those who prefer alternative options. I have never ordered takeout from here but that also seems to be a very popular option. Will most certainly be back!

When we stopped in we were seated quickly and got water for our table. The waitress we had was friendly but I did feel a little rushed to order. The location wasn't busy and it didn't feel crowded. My husband did mention how the bathrooms are single stall only and he did have to wait a little bit for someone else to finish. Other than that the quality of sushi here is wonderful! I got the Big Mac roll but I didn't care too much for the ponzu sauce on top. I liked the baby octopus, and the spicy salmon hand roll was my absolute favorite. I would definitely get it again. I can't wait to come back already!!

Ten sushi is always a go to for us! recently went for a birthday celebration and everything was so good, incredibly fast service, kind staff and delicious food. My kids devoured everything (heck I did too :))

Server was incredibly attentive, checked on us regularly and filled our drinks fast. What we didn't quite appreciate was that we ordered the steak and chicken hibachi meal, and the chicken and shrimp meal was brought out. When we brought it to their attention they pulled out their notes and said no you ordered chicken and shrimp. We can both guarantee we ordered chicken and steak - we didn't even consider the chicken and shrimp option.. We sat there in some silence before we were like ok we'll just eat it. We're hungry and aren't willing to argue about what we ordered. But yes, the right answer is the customer is always right and you should make it right. They offered for us to order a side of steak, not the comp us the side, but for us to put in another order. Again, the right answer was there, just not chosen. As for the rolls, nothing to write home about, rather average sushi to expect in a MN restaurant. The mushroom soup was not very good at all, the cook on the chicken was skeptical to me, and the veggies were some overdone and some underdone based on really varying cuts. We both really enjoyed the fried rice we requested with the meal. As for the rolls the BMW roll is a fried roll, and it was ok but incredibly fried. Like CRUNCHY fried. We prefer a softer fry. Star of the show for us was the pink lady roll! I am a sucker for a pink soy paper wrapped roll, and the flavor profile was superior to the BMW roll. All in all a decent experience, nothing that is begging for us to return, but nothing to avoid either.

4 stars! This was my first visit to Ten Sushi. From beginning to end we had a pleasant experience. First of all, the restaurant is clean, bright, and modern looking. And the customer service was very good, attentive without being overbearing. I grabbed some hot green tea, miso soup, and 3 styles of tuna base sushi rolls. All of my food was great. It tasted fresh and it was bursting with flavors. Finally, the prices seem to be average (see photo). Everything is in line with similar sushi joints throughout the Twin Cities. I'd go back again any time. Thanks, Ten Sushi! -Maxx

Sushi was bomb I also got the chicken yakiaoba (udon noodles were not udon noodles but whatever , they tasted like top ramen) they had sesame seeds on top which was a nice touch. But one of the top sushi's I've had. Or either I was rlly hungry . The waitress's was very attentive . And the music was modern, not too loud.

Pretty good sushi for a casual place in the suburbs. I liked my Crazy jaguar roll, which came with tempura shrimp, mango, spicy tuna and salmon, and topped with a jalapeno and miso ponzu. The rainbow roll was also delicious and had a good fish to avocado ratio. My partner had spicy tuna and said that it was okay. The rolls were also thick, so two was enough for me to be full. We also ordered a side seaweed salad, which sat atop a bed of cucumber and was loaded with sauce. Overall, I'd definitely come back. Food was good, servers were friendly, and the chill pop music wasn't too loud. I'd like to try some sashimi next time.

2 locations in the Maple Grove area, this is the Fountains Dr. location. I've dined at their other location many times, my first time to this location. Very well lit inside, clean and a bit more trendy. Hostess greeted us at the door, seated us, and got our initial drink order. Service was great, waitress was definitely on her game, taking food orders, drinks, and promptly clearing the finished dishes. We prefer ordering individual dishes (sushi and appetizers) over designated sets or meals. Appetizers and sushi were well presented, and delicious.

Ten Sushi is our favorite sushi restaurant in Minnesota - for the combination in ratio of quality-size of sushi-price. We are frequent customers and never spend less than $100 every time we go but it always gets us at least 6 rolls that is always shared between 3-4 people and leaves us leftovers. The restaurant is spacious, with several TVs but was pretty quiet for a relaxing dinner. We went for the all you can eat option and were handed a (clean) menu. Once ordered, the food came pretty quickly and there were plenty of employees to get additional food orders. The quality of the fish tasted pretty good and there were several normal flavors but also some specialties so we were able to try quite a bit and get filled up. Total price was $73.78 for two before tip. I would definitely come back here again.

Sashimi is very small, bite sized so order about if you're going to order it. Rainbow roll was regular size and very tasty. When we sat I ordered a beer and they carried me. Ok, I'm old but whatever I can get behind being safe, sure whatever. Beer never came, I inquired about it after first round of food and was asked for my ID, I said I showed it to the other girl who took my order originally. She went over, they spoke, and she came back and said she needed to see it? I can understand being safe if your not sure but I'm old, this was over the top

But I had a birthday voucher and a gift card, so we thought, why not give it another try. And wow. I feel like I have been missing out. The experience was so much fun. Our chef was fantastic and made the whole night feel special. It honestly felt like the perfect way to celebrate turning 38. And yes, at one point I was jokingly called out as "toxic", and to be clear, that was directed at me. All in fun! We ordered the steak/shrimp combo, which came with a shrimp appetizer and white rice. Of course we upgraded to fried rice, which feels like a must. Everything was really good and the chef did not cut corners at all, which we appreciated. My only callout is the cost. Even with the coupon and a $25 gift card, we still show how spent over $110 for two meals and one drink. I was honestly shocked. Compared to other places, it is definitely more expensive. Gratuity is automatically added. That said, the service truly was fantastic, so in this case it felt deserved. Even with the higher price, I would still go back. The quality of the experience made it worth it. One tip, especially in Maple Grove, make a reservation. We went on a Thursday night and it was busy.

It seems they've doubled the price of meals and aren't offering anything additional. In fact, they removed a lot of options from the menu and no longer provide the hibachi fried rice into your price. It's $8 extra to add fried rice!! Something that used to be included. That is criminal. The food quality also has gone down. The food was drastically under seasoned. Even my 8 year old niece said her corn needed salt. Honestly I will never go back to Benihana. It's a scam. There are way too many local hibachi places that are much better tasting and prices are more reasonable. The atmosphere was loud, which was to be expected.

I also got the firecracker shrimp with brown rice. The shrimp was 5/5 for flavor, but the brown rice tasted undercooked and very dry like it had been sitting out. Overall good presentation was not impressive. The margarita was flavorful without being too sugary. Service: 3/5. I'm not sure if the waitress just didn't want to interrupt us from talking, but she barely checked in on us and took over 20 minutes to take our food order after our entire party showed up.
