The service is always friendly and felt like they came by regularly. The sashimi is good, yellowtail was actually the best out of salmon, tuna, white tuna, and yellowtail. I was looking forward to the matcha snow, but was sad. The matcha snow is watery and doesn't taste like good quality matcha. It a little refreshing but not worth the $43 price point. There was mango ice cream when all scoops of ice cream were ordered but this flavor isn't on the menu. That was a pleasant surprise.

I came here during a lunch service and was amazing at how packed the place was for this hour! I was able to get a table for 3 with no wait and the staff were ready to get us served right away. We wanted the all you can eat menu which had lots of options ranging from appetizers, rolls, nigiri, noodles, cooked proteins, and many more! I went with a Godzilla Roll, Mango Tuna Roll, Crazy Tuna Roll, Crunch Roll, and Rainbow Roll. I ended the experience with a scoop of Green Tea and Red Bean ice cream which was a wonderful way to end the day. The overall dining experience was delightful and the place was very clean and had great lighting. They had a few TVs on showing some sports highlights but was too busy conversing with the people at my table.

He Said: I really like this place for AYCE sushi. I have been here several times with my little kids and we have enjoyed each trip. There are many options for AYCE sushi, but this is one of the best places. You sit down and order per round. There might be a limit to how much can be ordered at a time, but I have not "hit the max". There is a good selection of food categories to choose from--appetizers, sushi (nigiri, rolls, sashimi), noodles, fried rice, and more. To top it off, the restaurant is connected to a mochi donut place. Get some Donuts for the road! Pros: They have weekend lunch prices Very consistent with food quality Ramen is included with the AYCE Great prices for kids Cons: The food service has been slower during peak times. I occasionally had to find someone for a fork replacement or something else, because no one came by for a while.

My companion suggested this locale for their All You Can Eat lunch menu, I was pleasantly impressed at the depth of choices and the taste was as quality as the presentation. Only disappointing dish was the veggie tempura as the scale of the items was not at all delicate. Mango salad is not to be missed.

I think I just found my new favorite AYCE sushi. You know this review is legit because I can't even eat seafood haha. Gotta put good trust in my review then on the chicken tempura roll and the cucumber avocado roll lol. Very tender meat (also with beef teriyaki, chicken cutlet, chicken skewers) although the cutlet was a bit dry, but I bet it's hard not to achieve it due to its thin cuts. The tonkatsu sauce is needed which compliments very well with the dish. Interior is very pleasing to see, and the service is excellent as expected.

Sushi. Yum. Sorry, I don't remember which rolls these were.

We went to Nagoya on a Sunday evening around 7:45pm and the space was about half full. The restaurant is nice and clean, brightly lit, and pretty big with lots of seating. It is handicap friendly, and fine for kids. They have an all you can eat sushi option (which we did), or you can just order by the roll. They also have poke bowls. There is a selection of beer and wine. The food is really fresh and quite tasty. We have been here before and have always enjoyed it, and would recommend it. The down sides; 1) The restaurant is pretty loud. There is no carpet or anything to absorb the sound, so it just bounces off the walls and seems very loud. It isn't horrible, but it could be an issue for those sensitive to loud noises. 2) Even though there are a lot of employees buzzing about, service is pretty slow. This trip we received our first order of food before we got our beverages, and after that we had to wait for each order of food. Our server seemed to be new, and was very apologetic, but when we have been there in the past service has always been a bit slow.

We were craving sushi for a late dinner but also wanted to try a different AYCE place and ended up at Nagoya. We order some appetizers and sashimi which were pretty good in taste and quality. The rice was slightly mushy from our roll but the taste was fine. The service was quick and attentive which I appreciated as we were one of the last people to get seated and leave. The restaurant is very large and can accommodate for large parties. I liked the edm music they played in the background haha. Overall we enjoyed this place and would go again.

Nagoya roll, the spicy sauce has a great kick.

First time trying out Nagoya Sushi. I love sushi and always am looking for new sushi places to try. There was a lot of parking space available in this strip mall. I arrived at the restaurant at the dinner time opening. I was seated quickly and the staff was welcoming. The decor was pretty and very zen. The sushi cuts were thick and great. Someone places five you small cuts which requires you to order more. I also tried the Nagoya roll, it was very flavorful, I recommend trying that. The beef teriyaki was also really good, it was also much thicker and tasty than others I've tried. I would like to see the shrimp tempura more crispy and flaky. The charsu in the ramen tastes like char. I think it was cooked on an un cleaned grill. The noodles were good, the broth could have been a little more rich. The sake was reasonable price and went well with the food. The tuna jalapeno app was really good. The waiter helping me was friendly but I felt did not come frequently enough. I sat waiting a lot when I finished the food on my table and only got my next order in after waiting a bit. At the end I felt like I was forgotten and had to ask a different staff member for my check. Willing to come back for another try.

They have all you can eat (AYCE) sushi and a regular menu you can choose from. We opted for the AYCE sushi the few times we have been here. I think the menu is definitely bigger here with more non sushi items too than other AYCE sushi restaurants in the Twin Cities. I really like the salt and pepper shrimps- crispy, salty and a little sweet. The quality of the sushi is good- not the best I've had but also not the worst. The service here though wasn't the most friendly but maybe folks are overwhelmed. We found that for certain items, especially if you're in a big group (more than 4 people)- half of the order would come then we end up having to order it again for the 2nd half. For example, we would order 4 orders of salt and pepper shrimps but only 2 orders would come. This happened a few times. The service here though wasn't the most friendly but maybe folks are overwhelmed. 1-2 times out of the few times we have been, we felt like the server asked us pretty early if we wanted dessert making us feel like they wanted to rush us. Definitely would still come back because it's close to home and I love sushi but I hope service improves.

We finally tried the all you can eat lunch, and I am so glad we did! For only $20.95 per person you can order anything you want off the menu. They did mention that if you order way too much and don't finish most of the food, they can charge you for it, but if you are responsible with your ordering and pace yourself this is a great deal. We ordered onion soup and salad with ginger dressing, spicy tuna roll and a crunch roll, cream cheese wontons and edamame, chicken cutlet and the tapenyaka chicken fried rice. The crunch roll was great and I really like their cream cheese wontons because they have a sweet taste. We also really liked the chicken fried rice because it had a smoky grilled type of flavor. The onion soup was also very good. The chicken cutlet was crust but super bland, and the dressing on the ginger salad was too sweet. However, all in all, there are lots of great choices and I can't wait to come back!

Had a good experience at this restaurant. We had three different waiters come up within the first 10 minutes of sitting down while we were still trying to decide on food. I had a specialty roll and a California roll. Both were good, nothing too crazy. Would come again.

Our family of 4 went to Nagoya for the first time for lunch this past weekend. The restaurant is pretty spacious, the service was good, and the food was pretty good for $20.95 per person. The lunch menu has a nice variety of food, all four of us found several things that we each liked. Recommend checking out.

Good option for affordable lunch ayce sushi! The pricing for lunch is $20.95 per person, which is very reasonable. It has plenty of options but no sashimi, which is a dinner only item. It does include nigiri however. I thought everything tasted very good considering the price. The other items on the menu besides the sushi were also good, especially the seafood fried rice. The service was a little slow, but it was also a busy week day.

It was about 80% cucumber with barely any crab, which wasn't what we expected. Unfortunately, the service really overshadowed the experience. We weren't greeted when we walked in, and things felt off from the start. We had a stroller with us, and instead of helping us find a comfortable spot, we were initially directed to a booth that clearly wouldn't work. When I asked about it, the waitress moved a couple of tables and pointed us to an end table with an uncomfortable chair. I politely asked to sit somewhere else, which felt awkward to even have to do. There were also a few moments that felt careless, like when she reached over my baby and stroller to grab a drink instead of going around. That's just not something you should risk. When I finished my salad, she told me to keep my fork rather than bringing a new one for sushi, which came off as odd. I also know how to use chopsticks so it seemed weird to assume that I didn't and would reuse my fork. The waitress didn't seem friendly or welcoming, and we didn't feel acknowledged at any point..even when we left, despite being the only customers there. It's a shame because the food, music, and overall vibe had potential, but the service really took away from the experience.

Our chef was noticeably uninterested, phoning in a low-energy performance that made the meal feel awkward rather than entertaining. The kitchen missed the mark on basics--my medium-rare steak arrived medium. The only bright spots were the cold beer and the fried rice, which remains the only consistent item on the menu. The billing practices were equally tacky. Excessive surcharges piled up, followed by a server soliciting an additional tip on top of the auto-gratuity. It felt cheap and unprofessional.
