Not only was the Whitleys office staff kind and helpful, their tech was exceptional, extremely knowledgable, got right to diagnosing the problem, checked everything else with our entire AC system, communicated well along the way, and answered every question we had ... like an actual expert would. They also didn't price gouge us. Most of the other local companies I called cost more--with some even wanting double to 4 times the price Whitleys charged for the same repair. In fact, prior to finding Whitleys another company had to come out twice before they even figured out what the problem was, and when it came time to fix it they wanted almost twice as much as Whitleys charged. We're thankful that we found Whitleys before authorizing the repair with the other company. We're even more grateful to have found an honest and knowledgable company in the area for future reference. They're here like clockwork twice a year to keep things running right. I had a very old system and relied on their advice on when it was time to replace. I never felt pushed into anything. My residential unit had malfunctions and on two different occasions their Sales Manager was supposed to give me a call for an estimate but he never called me. The first time it took him a week to give me a call after seven days but I elected for repairs. A few months later after another issue, I had a leak. The Sales Manager came out and gave me a quote. I called that Sales Manger and the company several times and they never returned my call. Therefore, I went with another company. Totally unprofessional. Proceed with caution!!!

I called them about 12:30 and they said the person was just finishing up and would be at our house soon. I had a 1:30 dr appointment and I had to cancel. About 2pm i called and they said he would be at my house about 4pm. He showed about 3:40pm. The part was covered by Trane and the technician said he called Nick and he was supposed to charge me $275. I then called Nick and he said he would charge me $215. I said what is your service call charge and he said $125. The tech took maybe 10 minutes to fix the AC. Apparently they don't have set pricing. Stay away from this company. I will be looking for another AC company that is certified by Trane.

I asked tons of questions and he gave me tons of answers, but none of the answers were trying to rip me off everything he said was the unit was working good it could be a failing valve so come to find out the night after he left.
