Ashley, their head trainer, was incredible--she kept us informed with daily updates, photos, and videos, and met with us weekly to review Nora's progress and teach us how to continue her training at home. Both times, different veterinarians conducted the exam and neither detected an umbilical hernia -- a condition that is visible to the naked eye and considered a standard finding in any basic physical examination of a kitten. The hernia was only discovered later at Vetco. When I contacted Darlington to discuss a refund for examinations that clearly failed to meet basic standards of care, I was met with two lengthy phone calls and a flat refusal from the business manager with no substantive explanation. Paying nearly $200 in exam fees across two visits for examinations that missed an obvious, visible condition is unacceptable. I would not trust this practice with your pet's health.
