I brought my pet in today at 11 AM and he was not finished until 6 o'clock in the evening I understand it gets busy, but when I picked up my pet, he looked very choppy, looking as if it was a rushed job. His paw pads were not clean at all. They weren't even touched. Only his nails were trimmed, and he had a scar on the top of his nose that the owner claims she had no idea where that came from there. he's a golden doodle, and I specifically gave the owner a picture on how I would like for him to look, and he looked nothing like the photo at all I would not recommend this place. read more

Worst place I've ever got my dog groomed. He's suffering with severe rash and razor cuts. They took him in at 1pm and gave him back to us at 5pm. When we called and asked a couple of times why it's talking long, they replied they have too many dogs that day. I seriously doubt the condition of the cage they put my dog in during the wait time, which could be the reason for his rashes. Never taking my baby there again. My mother brought her small 9lb. dog here yesterday to be groomed. It was her first time trying this place. She dropped her off at 11:30. Called around 1:30 to see if she could pick her up but they said come back at 5:00. She knew immediately this was a bad sign. All day to groom a dog and they didn't tell her this in advance?! When she picked up her dog, Queenie, she was shaking and crying having been locked up in a cage all day unnecessarily. I'm sure they didn't even walk her. She will never go there again. I was grateful they could fit my dog in to have a bath at the last minute. However, I did not like the way he smelled after this bath (the shampoo had a very chemical smell and he didn't like it either) and it even looked like they may have clipped some of my labrador's fur (NOT requested). There were weird lines in his coat around his legs. Also they did not trim his toe fur (which I assumed was a standard practice) even though his nails were trimmed. I would suggest being very specific about what you expect to be trimmed (zoe not trimmed). read more
