I ordered K-Swiss Men`s Bigshot Light 4 Tennis Shoes - Blue Blush and Orion Blue. I paid a fair price and shipping was great. The actual shoes however, I will not recommend. I usually wear Adidas Gamecourt. The K-Swiss are a better looking shoe but have slightly less cushion. Stability is about the same. Each shoe uses two sewn, fabric shoelace eyelets to start the lacing. One ripped open the very first time I tied the shoe. I was able to repair it myself with needle and thread but I have zero confidence these eyelets will hold over time. Secondly, the eyelet I repaired, is accessible and therefore not too difficult. The other eyelet would be much more difficult to repair. read more

This company is very slick. Big banner all over site free shipping free returns over $50. Very fair. However when you go to return they then state you pay for shipping return because they deduct the cost of the shipping return from your original order that was over $50 before tax. They clearly state costs to get to the free shipping is $50 is pre tax, but never anywhere do they state cost minus tax and minus cost to ship back the return. Totally bogus. I always buy my sneakers on line and every company I have bought from has free return shipping, certainly not minus a shipping cost to qualify for the minimum return cost of an item. read more

The selection at Tennis Express is excellent and the prices are good. The website provides great detail into exactly what you are looking for. I've used their demo program and purchased several rackets from them as well as 10-12 pairs of shoes for the family. I unfortunately had to take advantage of the racket warranty for my son and they helped with no issues. The only issue I have is their return process for unused items. I had tried 2 pairs of shoes and returned them the same day I received them due to fit. While the shipping is free, they take 2 weeks from the day they receive the shoes back to process the return. As long as you are prepared for that wait time (currently over 3 weeks on 2 pairs), it's a great place to buy all your tennis needs. Fortunately for me the 3rd pair was a perfect fit. read more

Disappointing experience. I used to but from tennis express more often than warehouse. But this time, Tennis express uses "final sale no return" to kidnap customer experience. This "new racket" has many scratches inside the hoop, potentially resulted from the rack hook in the store. I would hardly purchase from tennis express when they have "final sale no return" and they really mean it! marked on the item. The grip size was not listed on the advertisement for the 26" junior solinco blackout racket, so I used their chat feature and the guy said it was a size 0 (I have the screen shots to prove it). The racket arrived and it was a size 1, which is too big for my daughter. I called customer service and they told me this racket only comes in size 1. I wouldn't have ordered the racket if the chat guy would have told me this. I returned the racket and I was charged $13 for this mess. First time using them and the last. As a Tennis Pro and business owner I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in this business.... Guys if you want proper customer service support your local tennis store please. Theses guys think they can charge you for product you order online then try and dupe you and not send what was actually purchased. I placed 2 SEPARATE orders, one for a pair of adidas shoes and a pink Adidas shirt and another SEPARATE order of a stand alone Adidas white polo. They sent me two of the same Adidas white polo shirts and they tried telling me that's what I ordered as well as the Adidas Shoes obviously according to the confirmation email sent. Well the confirmation email was WRONG!!! Mind you my first payment was for $159 (Shoes & Pink Shirt) and the second payment was $57 for the white polo only. I order as I mentioned above! Anyway the guy on the phone wouldn't let me explain and kept cutting me off telling me the confirmation email says 2 of the white polo's. I then proceeded to tell him' " I think I know what I ordered and your colleague just mentioned to me that you were/are having computer issues! What was fulfilled was not not I ordered. They were missing the other $159 order. So now I have to go and return these polo's to a UPS in order to get my money back, it's such a shame because if they were nice and apologised and instead of trying to defend themselves and try blame me in so many words for ordering two of the same shirts, which is 100% not the case, I probably would've proceeded with the order and waited for the shoes to be shipped! They messed up and didn't want to remedy it in a proper manner but rather inconvenience me is not how a business should be ran! Without your customers you don't have a business! I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere in future. You lost a customer here. read more

Tennis Express disappoints again! Took my son's racquets in for restringing. Was told they would be ready the following day by 4:30 pm. I showed up the following day at 4:30 pm and after the person helping me looked everywhere for the completed racquets, she ended up finding them in the "to do" pile. I was told that they would do the racquets while I waited...what a ridiculous offer! I had driven out of my way and fought traffic to pick up the racquets for my son to use in his tennis match. I had waited around for them to ascertain where the racquets were and was not going to wait an additional 30 minutes. The racquets should have been completed at the time they said that they were going to be completed by. This is not the first time I have been disappointed by Tennis Express...I wonder why I continue to subject myself to the abuse?! I believe that this will be the last time I make the same mistake...my money will spend elsewhere just fine! read more
