I am pretty much done with this place. I've placed 3 orders to demo racquets, and their "Authorization" form, a required part of their policy, for some reason is never emailed to me. It's a mystery because they send a confirmation email immediately after I place the order! At any rate, it takes countless calls and pleading on my part to even get the orders released, and only Pierce in CS seems to be of any help. I don't have a printer so I thought the return process would be a hassle but even though I couldn't print the"reason for return page" I didn't need to print the return label because Federal Express sent me a QR code that I was able to use at their store to print a return label. I ordered a pair of tennis shoes through Amazon. The shoes they sent me had been on sale and I found out why. There was a design problem and a person's feet could not fit through the top. Trashed it. Today, I used a promotion they sent to me for a free express racquet stringing. I called the store and the lady denied the offer. Then, after I pointed out the advertisement, she verified it. I am an advanced beginner and went all the way out here to have some "experienced people" help me buy a new racquet and some shoes. I explained I've been a runner over 20 years, a trainer and pilates instructor, not to mention a physical therapist, but I am new to the tennis world! Alexandra (racquet department) was just super patient in showing me different options, trying different racquets, and eventually recommending a gently used, newly strung model that felt good to me. (And I was very happy with it when I tried it out all weekend!) I also needed shoes and I explained I was willing to pay for proper footwear, and that "function is more important than form" to me (as a PT!), but of course I'd prefer a good looking shoe, lol. The only problem was that my preferred shoe was out of stock in my size; but when I checked around online it seems to be the case everywhere! So not their fault. I got a different pair that was a bit more but did feel great on my feet while playing. So I guess that's what matters! They also sold us some "irregular" tennis balls at a great price for Penn balls, so that was a nice bargain. I'll be back when I need to! read more

The sales people are helpful and knowledgeable, which is very useful when first starting out. They can help you pick which racket is best. I bought ASICS MENS SOLUTION SWIFT FF 2 TENNIS SHOES recently. Looking for a lighter shoe and one that I had used in the past, this was a good selection. I alternate my K-Swiss' with an older pair of Asics and while durable, the KS' are just too heavy. While the Asics might not wear as well I'm willing to take the trade off for added agility. Like the demo program; however, I ordered 2 Babolat Aero rackets. One at 4 3/8 the other 4 1/2. The 4 3/8 racket strings were so loose I could move them easily from the center. I couldn't hit with it. The other racket seemed ok. My issue is it would be nice to know two things when you order a Demo Racket. What type of strings, and what is the tension. It makes a difference in how I feel hitting the ball with the demo if I'm aware of the string tension and how it would compare to what I string my current rackets with. Am I having trouble controlling the ball because of the string tension, or is it the way the racket plays. It would help to know the strings as well for the same reason. How hard would it be to put a sticker on the inside of the throat with the string type and tension the racket is strung. I returned both not really knowing if they would have worked for me. read more

The replacement shoes were not as expected, so now I have to box them up, request a return shipping label, print and complete a return form, re-package them, and bring them to a FedEx shipping center.
