I visited on Saturday, 10 August, right before they closed at 6pm. I got the Hoka Arahi 7 running shoes in the colour white which was given to me as an early birthday gift. One of the associates came over to help their customer get an analysis of their feet, but never acknowledged us or let us know that they would help us after helping their current customer. After over 30 minutes of standing near the analysis equipment and not getting any recognition or assistance we left. In that entire time they only helped the customers they were with when we first entered the store. We ended up going to Columbus Running Company and had a wonderful experience!
