    Ramen

Super cute market and ramen spot! Tonkatsu ramen was tasty. The market itself was a little small and I went on a Sunday around lunch time and it was super crowded. It was a little difficult to see everything but the line moved fast. Lots of onigiri and food options. There were a lot of snack options and meat options as well. Not a lot of refrigerated tea choices which was a bummer but overall a great place to pop into for a quick meal or snack

Love this little Japanese supermarket! There's a good selection of Japanese goods and I love their selection of ready to eat food! I've tried their onigiri, bento boxes, and sushi which have all been delicious. The place itself is not huge and they can get busy. The staff are super nice and friendly though!

Felt like i was whisked away to Japan. I ended up buying way more stuff than I needed. The prepared food was pretty good. Made me feel like I was in Family Mart, 7-11 or Lawson! I wish Cleveland had a larger Japanese community, this market is so great. They will even supply you with bags of ice if you traveled from afar. If only we could get a Don Quijote in Columbus, my life would be complete.

I love this market. It's very cute and has a lot food and ingredient options available that you can't find in other stores. I usually go to purchase miso paste and to try some of their prepackaged tea latte items. These past two times I tried their sushi and ate the jumbo spicy shrimp and salmon sushi to go platter. The sushi roles are huge and although pricey, the quality and amount of fish they include is worth the price. Though the roll tastes great, there's a problem. I'm not sure if it's just me, but unfortunately I got sick both times after I ate this roll. I purchased the rolls during lunch time and immediately ate them in the car. The rolls tasted fresh, so I'm not sure why I got sick. I'm wondering if I'm sensitive to one of the ingredients they use. Because I got sick twice I unfortunately will not be buying the sushi again. I was really sad this happened, because it really did taste good and was one of the best to go sushi I've ever had.

Couldn't find the bathroom here, unable to comment. However the market itself is pretty cool. I haven't visited Japan before but the vibe here is very different from more western markets. The staff ar elovely and environment is very celan and organized. The first aisle near the entrance housed many take-home/to-go meals like sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken/beef, yakisoba, onigiri, etc. that come at a very competitive price. This is probably one of their more popular products since it was nearly out of stock when I came in. But don't fret, you can still get your sushi next door or just keep walking through to the back of the store and you'll see a order kiosk to Sushi Ten where you can place an order and get sushi inside the supermarket, pretty dope! In terms of getting groceries there are a variety of snacks, produce, desserts, frozen meats/seafood/veggies, and fresh cuts of meats/fish. I personally went in to get some dark soy sauce and mirin and was not disappointed. The price can be a bit on the high side, and not as affordable as items from Sunrise Asian Supermarket but it's still good. Overall, I'll definitely be back there, there's just alot more to see in that complex and foods/ingredients you won't find in your regular grocery store

This place is always amazing! Seasonal peach products are here.

Been coming to Tensuke Market for a long time and I always find the items I am looking for. I love that I can find anything here that I might want to try. The onigiri is some of the but I ever tried. Service has always been friendly and courteous. It's a chill vibe when shopping here. I get to see some of my friends all the time shopping there. The spicy sauce is my current addiction. 5 stars for never changing!!

Been coming here nearly once a week for years. Takes some time to get the timing right to have the broadest selection of premade food/bentos to choose from--they sell out very quickly! Sushi is always fresh. They are very adamant about quality, so discounts are sometimes added for "ugly" food or stuff from earlier in the day. They have a broad selection of groceries to choose from, including a fair number of frozen meats for hotpot/bbq. They also normally carry my favorite brand of kimchi, which I appreciate.

Lovely little market with a ton of to go sushi and bento options. The fish is fresh and makes for a quick pick me up. These little tables outside too if you want to park a spot on their patio with your lunch.

I love everything about this place. They have such an amazing variety of things to try and great sushi to take home. I would suggest going during the week if you can, it's much less busy. During the weekend the line can reach the back of the store. They do move through customers quickly though and the staff is always polite and kind!

    Fresh fruits, veggies, and sushi!

What a gem of a market in Columbus! There are fruits and veggies here that I have looked everywhere for. This is the largest Asian market in Ohio (according to their TV on the wall). It's located in a plaza with other Asian food places. I came to the plaza for Akai Hana, and I stopped in the market while I was waiting for my takeout. Fresh sushi, fruits, veggies, and all sorts of items you can't find many places.

What stood out even more was how kind and considerate the staff was. I was there on crutches, and one of the employees even asked if I would like them to get a cart for me. It wasn't necessary, but it was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. My family and I really enjoyed our experience, and we're already planning when we can go back. It's always nice to shop somewhere where you feel welcomed and taken care of.

Her eyes grew wide as she asked, "why are you making Kim chee, you can buy it!". when I told her that I just becoming familiar with Korean food and knew that it was a staple in most Korean homes I wanted to learn to make it, she said "okay, let me help you get started " and she selected the powdered chili and then took me to the produce department to replace the vegetables in my cart with the correct products. This was the best thing ever about my shopping experiences at Saraga. Two weeks ago I shopped at Saraga for the last time. The aisles are packed with boxes and the floors and shelves are dirty, especially in the south Asian areas and near the Halal meat market. there is a frozen meat case with spices stacked on top that smells putrid. I'll bet there are meat products in there that date from the store's opening. The dry foods areas are in disarray, lack price tags etc. The only food shelves that are neat and clean and easy to use are in the Mexican aisle. The cooled shelves in the fresh produce section are filthy and clearly outdated merchandise is not removed or reduced in price. Finally, the parking lot has ruts, holes and trash thrown everywhere.

I was researching and stumbled upon this Asian grocery store with a bakery and various vendors for hot foods. We stopped by on a Monday afternoon around 4 pm and there were a good variety of baked goods at Delight Four Bakery. I bought the following: pineapple bun, pineapple custard bun, coconut bun, cocktail bun, wife cake, walnut cookies, mochi with crushed peanuts, and paper-wrapped sponge cake. Everything held up well in our insulated cooler bags and made it safely through our +6 hour trip home. All of the bread, cake, and mochi were flavorful, soft, and tender. The cookies remained crisp. My favorite bun is the cocktail bun. It is a little different from the usual because the filling has a slight crunch to it. My one and only complaint is that the pineapple bun's crust was not thick enough. Otherwise, I would likely repeat every item and also venture out to try other items. We also browsed the grocery store and picked up a tin of mooncake because the local Chinese stores by our home do not carry that brand.
