My family has been coming here for years, now i come by here n there, looks like a dingy old place but their work is still good! I usually come here for wheel alignments and tire balances. Advice for anyone coming thru, the place can get a little chaotic, they sorta just work w anyone who shows up as long as you can approach a worker, you can get in n out real fast. like 30 mins tops. Also you might be able to break a deal with their prices, tires and labor is getting expensive but they seem to work with most people that come through. Only concern about the work I'd give is if you're mechanically inclined, you might want to torque your wheels to spec at home. read more

Got a tire from here that didn't fit the rim and they even said that it didn't fit so what makes them think that I'm going to be able to drive with this tire . It lasted me 2 weeks the tire got off the rim I thought it was out of air but no. Took it back and they said that it didn't have warranty but the main thing is that the tire did not fit the rim and said that the car was being driven with the air out the tire so then explain the tow truck I got .horrible customer service do not recommend here all to make an extra dollar instead of having a good reputation will not be coming here . read more

They broke the censors while changing the tires in their sister store at Grove. Came here to have the sensor checked and the sensor was left off while installing the tire. In front of all other customers theguy incharge here was super nasty and care toouch about getting paid $55 for a censor they left out. What A bad business business. I am a transportation business guy and brinf them a lot of business. I will go elsewere and do not recomend this place with this nasty employee incharge. read more

Disappointing customer service. The owner (I believe) speaks so quickly it is hard to follow what he is saying. When you leave your car and they say they will call you, do not expect them to. You need to follow up. When speaking with them they will stop helping you to help someone else. The first time I thought nothing of it, but it has happened three times now. At least once per visit. I like the idea of them trying to greet every customer but it is to the point where no one ends up with good service. The prices are good and we have a hard time finding a particular brand of tire so we have come back but we need to continue to search for another place. Older reviews of this place were great which is why we came so maybe there has been a change that caused the drop in quality of service. read more

I had a flat tire once and decided to look up a place that had good reviews since I wasn't to familiar of any tire shops on the area. So I switched my tire out and put the back up tire and I brought it here. I explained my situation to them and they said they'd take a look at it. Within a few minutes I was in, out, and on my way home. These guys here work quick. They explained to me that my tire wasn't aligned with my rim so the air just came out. He said that I could've hit a pothole so it did that. This guy could've lied and said I needed new tires, but he didn't and that's a business I respect. They are honest and reliable. Cash is preferred here. I highly recommend them and will be back with any more issues I may have with my tires. Thank you guys! read more

Had purchased 4 brand new tires and had them balanced on my new rims with spacers for a good price. However if you don't have anything to do then the customer service won't be an issue. The guy helping me literally just left my car mid install because he had lunch. Didn't tell me nothing and I waited the entire time even asked an employee what's up and he said "the guys that's doing your car is on break I have to wait" I watched 2-3 other people pull up and get help. I went to TC Tire shop this passed weekend and got some tires inside brand new tires. I asked how much was for mount tires and balance all 4 tires since they are new. Said 60$ ok that's good with me. Guy was quick to finish and I asked if he had balanced all 4 tires he said he did I was like ok. Took off from the place went home later drove on the fwy and car was shaking/vibrating. By that time they had closed and not open on Sundays so I had to go to another shop. This other shop showed me that my rear tires were not balanced and that's where my shaking/vibration was coming from once they did that everything was fixed but I did have to pay another $20 for my rear tires to be balanced. Which should've been done right the first time at TC. This is not the first time they do this they did it to my father as well. If you go to the shop, I recommend double checking their work. read more

This place used to be great. Last times I've come I'd have to wait longer than 2 hours. Slow workers and extremely long wait times. No one is wearing a mask. Plenty of tires in stock for my Black infiniti and the technician walked around my car knew exactly what I needed and immediately installed the tires that I wanted for my car which was 20 inch and under 200.00. I stumbled upon this place and have been back a few times since the service and prices were great. The prices are incredible. I bought a couple tires used for something like $25/each. I went in for new tires however they gave me the used option and the tire looked so good that it was an easy choice to pick the used tire over new. I always call them first for my cars when I need tires since their prices are so amazing. I used to go to Costco but TC Tires is now my go-to first choice for tires (I wish they did motorcycle tires since I spend a lot $ on tires for my motorcycles). First time at this tire shop. I will say they are one of the only couple of shop around the area that are open late so that's a plus. Originally I called in to ask for the price of mounting and balancing of two wheels. I was quoted $10 per tire. Once at the shop they tell something about $40 for both and that they have a $30 minimum charge so there was no way I was quoted $20. I then proceed to tell the employee who I believe is the owner, that I was quoted a different price over the phone. The owner the honored the original price but gave me a hard time about it. While they were putting the wheel back one I could here both employees complaining on how difficult the tires were. Pretty shitty experience and even though they honored the original quoted price, it's safe to say I won't be returning. read more
