I called just to let them know, mainly because I thought their oven might have been running a little too hot. I wasn't asking for a refund or expecting anything in return. To my surprise, they went above and beyond. They made me a brand-new pizza and delivered it to my house, and they even replaced a broken BBQ sauce bottle, completely free of charge. Things happen, but what really matters is how a business handles them. Avery's BBQ handled it incredibly well, and I'm super impressed with their customer service and willingness to make things right. I really appreciate them going above and beyond, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

They even recognized us on our second visit, which was such an unexpected and wonderful touch. The food is amazing, too. The hamburgers are terrific, and the drinks definitely hit the spot. You can sit at the bar, relax at a table inside where it is nice and cool, or enjoy the outdoor deck overlooking the sound stage. There is also a lower seating area for anyone who likes being closer to the music and all the action. The Den is also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus when you are traveling with your furry family member--just remember to keep them off the grass. During the band, children were playing on the lawn, families were relaxing, and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. The entire evening felt fun, welcoming, wholesome, and full of great energy. Between the music, food, drinks, friendly service, and beautiful outdoor setting, The Den has quickly become one of our favorite places in Pinetop. We highly recommend stopping by!

The bar was packed on a Saturday night and staff here were polite and poured me a draft of Four Peaks Wow Wheat. Clientele was nice here, country music playing and 2 pool tables available to waste some time. There is a back patio space and I can see that people might want to sit out there to enjoy too. A local watering hole and worth a stop in when in Alpine and nice crisp drafts on pour.
