This is a great little spot downtown to grab some delicious food in a fun atmosphere at an affordable price! Tequileros Cantina is new, clean, fresh and bright. The interior of the restaurant is really cute and they have outdoor seating on the front patio as well. Staff are very friendly and because they have a small menu, everything is good. All the food has great flavor and presentation and the prices are super affordable. I come often to tequileros because it is local and convenient but lately it seems like the waitresses don't pay attention to their customers at the bar and I have to wait a really long time to get a refill on my beer or if I want to order som more food. This last time was my last straw because I went to this restaurant after a long day of work and just needed a quick beer and when I went in and tried ordering I got attitude from two seperate servers I believe they were Yessi and Maria. It ruined my whole evening I ended up just leaving at that point. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this place to anyone because of the lack of quality in service 1/5 stars. read more

I was visiting in Stockton with my fiancé and found this restaurant on yelp, it was close to 9pm, so the options open were limited, but food looked really good here. I called to place an order, but they don't do phone orders, you can walk in and order, or DoorDash or dine in. We were closest to their food truck, but they also have restaurants and Catinas. Once I ordered through DoorDash, I received a text from them, telling me my order was received, and I was able to make accommodations on my order, that it didn't give me an option for on DoorDash. The gas station were I picked up the order wasn't sketchy or anything, and my order was ready in less than 15 minutes. I ordered some birria fries with extra added chicken, and a quesabirria order, which comes with 3 tacos and consomé. Came in for a snack after doing some wine tasting downtown. They are located at the old Porters Pub, nice to have a different option the pop into. They offer a good amount of options on the menu as well as beer, wine and wine slushies, no spirits. We missed brunch so no chilaquiles, unsure of when it ends as we were there around 1:15pm. You order at the counter and self sit to wait for food, they were pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon. The bar is beautiful and seating was empty so we asked if they take orders at the bar, they do. Eddie helped with some suggestions, very friendly and great customer service. We had pastor tacos, keto asada tacos and birria fries, all had amazing flavor, beautifully presented and reasonably priced for location. We also had wine and Modelos, wasn't a fan of the wine as it came out freezing cold but the Modelo on draft was great.
