We ordered the keto taco, taco tequilero and the nachos. I didn't love the pastor (but I also didn't like it... this just wouldn't be my go to for it if I had a craving). Both tacos were fairly good and the nachos I really liked that it's actually melted cheese and not the nacho squeeze sauce. The nachos came stacked with the ingredients but the chips themselves were just okay. Overall the meat just didn't have the flavor I was hoping for (though not bland at least). This is a place I'd give another shot if passing through and more of a 3.5 than a 3- just not something I'd go out of my way for. read more

A colleague of mine recommended me this spot, so I wanted to give it a try. Service was okay. It was a taco truck across from Chick-Fil-A, right nearby Chevron in Manteca. Ambiance was okay I guess. Ordered my food outside. I ordered 3 Birria tacos and they were super good. Not too greasy and very cheesy. The consomé was really good very flavorful. The birria meat was tender and juicy, a lot of flavor. Overall I give this taco truck stand a solid 4/5. The birria tacos are very delicious. Can't wait to try other items on the menu! read more

I got pastor, but the cheese didn't really come out in the taste. It was good, but not worth paying the premium compared to a regular taco. Carne asada fries were okay. The fries were undercooked and not very crispy, but everything else was very good. The flavor of the meats were solid. Altogether, it was a pretty good meal I probably would try something else next time. It definitely doesn't dethrone my favorite taqueria option in Manteca, but it's a good backup spot. read more

This food truck is located in the parking lot of a gas station. Casual area and their truck looks professional. There was no line, so service was fast, about 10 minutes or less. Also no sitting area. After getting gas and looking at their online menu, I ordered the Tequilero Fries with Asada. Flavors were good (not extra ordinary) and fries were still crunchy. The carne asada was perfectly seasoned and tender, while the shrimp was cooked just right--nice and juicy. The salsa wasn't spicy, but it was packed with flavor and complemented the food really well. I also gave the keto taco a try, and it did not disappoint. The cheese shell was crispy and added a nice texture to every bite. Definitely a great low-carb option without sacrificing taste. To top it off, I tried the Jalapeño Tequilero--super tasty! The jalapeño added a nice kick without being overwhelmingly spicy. Super burrito was super weak. Easy to order online and wait for pick up. Can see them working inside im pretty tall and looks pretty clean. Burrito is pretty small but will do the job. No sour cream, no onions and cilantro in burrito. I remember paying for the super with everything. Taste isn't bad but I prefer El Mayita across town (Get the asada chile relleno burrito). She's so nice, great customer service and she always goes the extra mile for her customers. Every time I come she always knows who I am and always makes the effort to have a conversation, she is truly the best! And the food here is amazing!
