    Quesabirria
    The Bhodhisattva ..

Got to town and was looking to get some quesbirria- but some good one because. You can easily get it wrong Did some googling, some yelping and YouTubing Found them on YouTube and had to try it for myself The 5 star review by the taco tours on YouTube was spot on! Crispy tortilla- tasty console- nice portions of meat- the cheese and onion as cilantro is all the right balance Repeat customer for sure - YOU NEED TO TRY THE QUESABIRRIA! You will come back I also decided to get some nachos and Wow! Nice portion and taste ... saved some for breakfast with eggs the next day And the bonus is that they are located next to jacobs market - do a little fruit shopping and get your guilty pleasure on Great quesabirria for your taste

Ok yes! Finally! I moved to Manteca from San Jose about a year ago. I've been on the hunt for a good taco spot. I've tried at least 10 places. Every place was disappointing to say the least. I was on my way home from Oakdale and pulled over to try this truck. I am so happy I did. Their tacos are 10/10. The meat is tender and juicy. The tortillas are so good and soft. Grilled onions is a plus! Oh and they are on door dash! Even better! Their prices are the same on door dash! Most places add a $1 or $2 on door dash. So good I am going back today for lunch.

Tried this place for the first time and we were not disappointed. We ordered a burrito, regular tacos and some quesobirria tacos and everything was delicious. We are definitely coming back and really looking forward to it.

The sign said Taquizas so that's what we'll go with for now (though the trailer did say Magda's tacos or Tacos Magda). I ordered 3 tacos (asada, pastor, Chicken), a quesabirria and a horchata. Pastor had some nice char and was relatively tender. My favorite Al Pastor tacos pretty much always have some form/taste of pineapple but theirs to me just doesn't have it. Maybe it was drowned out by the salsa? The asada was fairly standard, nothing to write home about. Not especially tender or tough. Tad dry though. Of the regular tacos, the chicken was the most standoutish. Very moist and tender. On the negative though, it was VERY salty to the point where I almost didn't finish it. The quesabirria had some positives and negatives too. The tortilla was nicely done with just the right amount of crisp. The meat itself was a tad tough and dry though. And this is possibly the first time that I had a quesabirria that didn't come with consommé for dipping. Quesabirria just doesn't hit the same without it. And with quesabirria I also prefer that green salsa already inside it as opposed to putting it on after the fact. They had a table with all of the condiments and toppings like salsa and onions. I was more than happy to do it myself for the regular tacos. The horchata was so grainy and not refreshing at all. Not super sweet either so I guess that's a plus. Don't know how horchata is made; is it blended because if so it definitely needed to be blended even more. Or is it strained out? I don't know. The person who took my order was very pleasant though. They also got my food out pretty quickly. I don't think I could give them more than a 3/5 and that's a little generous.

Great place everything's made per order. They're outside vending. Tacos are outstanding fresh off…read morethe grill.

We had the Carne Asada Quesidilla. They were unlike any quesidilla I've ever had in comparison to DC- Northern VA area. They were huge! It was almost like a burrito. Great flavor, fresh, and satisfying. You order your food at a small window. They tell you when your food is up and you seat yourself at the taco stand. Plenty of tables for indoor/outdoor dining. Hot sauce available on the tables. Friendly and polite service. Casual atmosphere where the food speaks for itself.

I've ordered quesadillas from many places and have never received one prepared this way, so I brought it back to the counter to clarify. I explained that I was expecting a traditional quesadilla with cheese and meat and that this wasn't what I wanted. The employee told me that's how they normally make them, which is fine if that's their standard, but it wasn't communicated when ordering. What disappointed me was the lack of effort to resolve the issue. Rather than offering to remake it or correct the order, I was asked if I wanted to purchase another one. I wasn't looking to buy a second meal--I simply wanted the item I originally expected. The interaction left me feeling like customer satisfaction wasn't a priority, which was disappointing.
