I love this place. It's my go to fast food. It's the first restaurant I thought about after coming back to Vancouver from traveling.

We were in Vancouver for a family vacation and ate here 3 times over 1 month! It is wonderful, reasonably priced, and a tasty veggie burger. The menu only has veggie burgers -- 5 or 6 different kinds. The tofu and tempeh are organic. The no bull burger is sourced from local ingredients. It is the holy grail for a vegetarian to find a good, satisfying, and delicious veggie burger (that doesn't cost an arm and a leg) and the Tera V Burgers are it!!! Got the lentil panini and it was so yummy! the patty melts in your mouth, sooo good! The place is cute, well decorated, well lit. The owner is a smiling, polite and careful person. He brought my sandwich to my table, with a smile and even a bottle of water! Prices are very decent. menu is interesting, five stars! As a vegan I love that more and more places are opening up and being way more inclusive and mindful in their offerings. Everything is vegetarian and most of the menu can be made vegan if you request upon ordering. I love the feel of this place. The location is nice (even though I wish it were closer to me :P). Every time I've been there the service has been excellent. In fact, the manager has always gone out of his way to make sure our meals are great, but is also super open to feedback which is nice. Foodwise, the lentil Panini is my favorite, which is vegan as is. The No Bull burger, which can be made vegan(like most of the menu) is definitely their best burger. I also love their fries, both regular and yam. Maybe it's a good thing this place isn't closer to me or else I'd be there all the time. read more

If you're going to go with fast food, then go here. I wouldn't pass up a regular sit down restaurant for this place, but if you want to take a burger to go, or if you're craving some fries that aren't actually fried then give this place a try. My fries weren't hot though :( they would have been awesome hot. The tempeh burger was pretty good. It's worth a try but it's not "OMG delicious". For around 20 bucks (including tip) I had a burger with a side of friends and a small side salad. If you ask me that is pretty expensive, so you might as well go somewhere that you can sit down and have a slightly more formal dining experience. The service was very good - I should mention that. OMG, finally a vegan burger that actually tastes like a burger! We each had our choice of burger with one order of regular fries which was top notch. I've had the yam fries a few months ago got take-out that was delicious. The Berry Mix smoothie tasted great without all the sugary syrups. read more

In terms of vegan burgers, they did a pretty good job. Fries were okay, but their "no bull" burger was definitely worth trying.

They have lots of vegan and gluten-free burger options as well as other things. Tera V also serves the Beyond Burger and they prepare it much better than A&W. read more

The Smokey No Bull is my absolute favourite veggie burger in Vancouver. The patty is so flavourful and delicious, and the burger as a whole is very filling. I would 100% recommend Tera V!!! read more

I am a little bit addicted to this place. It is a healthy fast food place & that concept resonates strongly with me. It is also very reasonable from a cost standpoint. My fave is the no bull burger which is delish. They use Daiya as a vegan cheese, and this is a definite plus also. This is not just a place for veggies, my omnivore friends love it as well. Now if we could just get a vegan ice cream parlour in Vancouver, all my vegan food cravings would be satisfied. read more

great vegan/gluten free options, good food too. however the service the past 3 times has been sub par. there was maybe 5 people in the restaurant at the time, and no orders before mine that i could see, and my order took 20 minutes. upon receiving my order it was barely warm - not hot, and to top it all off... they messed up my order. i paid $1.25 to add avocado, barely got 2 pieces. for some reason there was BBQ sauce on my wrap as well ... NOT what i ordered. overall - good food but the employees need to get their heads screwed on correctly. read more

Had the BBQ Tempeh burger, and it's probably my favourite veg burger in the Lower Mainland at this point. Very nice buns, not overloaded with sauce (though I may ask for just a *little* less next time) and fresh. Glad it's not too meat-like, will try the other items soon. read more

The food and service were great. My only concern was possibly the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom looked and smelled unclean (full waste-basket, urine smell, and silverfish darting around). The floors in the restaurant area were also dirty and briefly glancing in the back things looked a little 'hap-hazard'. I've been in several times for the No Bull burger ($7 + $1.50 for a yummy gluten free bun.) I'm a big fan of the burger. I don't like that they automatically put ketchup on it though (which I hate) but now I always ask for no ketchup. Anyway, a really good sized, yummy burger every time! I loved my "no bull" veggie burger at Tera V! I ordered it on a gluten free bun which was delicious! The service was warm and friendly ! (The benches are a bit worn, duct tape covering one end of a bench, hence the 4/5. ) But the food and service were great. And the prices are so reasonable! I will be returning soon! read more

Delicious vegetarian and vegan food that is high in protein (hard enough to find in this city)! It's not quite a gourmet place but it is much better than any fast-food joint. Nice atmosphere inside, and delicious smoothies (though those are a bit on the pricier side, I'd say). I've returned 3 times in the last two weeks (the tofurkey sandwich is to die for!!), if that's any indication of my opinion of the place :) read more

I have seen this place many times and wondered about it. I am not a vegetarian, but enjoy eating vegetarian at least once a week. I am not into a lot of vegetarian foods as I find them often times either flavourless or just too strange tasting. Not here and that's for sure! This was the best burger I have ever had (meat or not)! The bun was very fresh and the veggie patty was flavourful and delicious. The staff was friendly and made recommendations. Tera V is a great option for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. The tempeh burgers are excellent and the lentil panini is a great option if you're not in the mood for a burger. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that the time between ordering and receiving the food is a bit too long. I would expect it to speed up a bit because they are still new and it was in fact a bit faster the last time I visited. Definitely give this place a try and don't be afraid to take your non-veg friends. read more

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place. Their burgers are delicious and filling, yet you don't feel gross and overstuffed after eating them. The service is warm and very friendly and the value is top notch - for a high quality burger, baked fries and a bottled drink, I don't know where you can find a better deal on the Westside. We come here a few times a month (usually when we feel like a burger but want to be a bit healthier than eating a big steak patty). Highly recommended! read more

Really nice laid-back music. Had a Zevia Cola for the first time - all natural and sweetened with Stevia. It was delicious and I've been a diet Coke fanatic for years. I have only been a vegetarian for two years and I constantly miss the taste of meat. Tera V definitely solves that problem! Their veggie burgers taste like real meat! I am usually very disappointment when I order veggie burgers at other restaurants because I feel like they are missing something or there was little effort but into making them, so if I crave a good hearty veggie burger, Tera V is the only place I will go. Even my fiance, who is a dedicated meat eater, feels that Tera V makes the best burgers of any meat and veggie burgers he has ever had! read more

The first time my wife and I visited Tera V Burger we quite liked it, although we did notice that the service was a bit slow. Every subsequent visit the service just got slower, with barely any customers in the restaurant a 2 person meal would easily take 20 minutes. On our latest (and definitely final) visit, we were greeted by someone working at the cash who was in the middle of eating a burger, which she continued to eat while we decided on our meals, ordered and paid. Imagine being at a cash register, and the person taking the order is holding a half-eaten burger in one hand, chewing, and punching in your order with the other hand. Anyways, about 25 minutes after that (with no other patrons in the restaurant at the time), we received our meals. My wife who ordered a panini, got the sandwich with some hastily bought cheap bread from somewhere close-by (we saw a staff member rush out to get it), which was not prepared even close to how it was the previous time we ordered it. My burger and fries were luke-warm, and the lettuce was partially rotten. I returned the burger, got the money back and left. Bad experience overall, we definitely won't ever be coming back. read more
