Victor is a nice guy, however several weeks back he and one helper washed two cars at my house. Soon after my wife and I realized that three very expensive sunglasses were gone. Aside from my wife and I there have been no other people in our vehicles but for Mr. Tercero and his helper. I informed Victor and at first he said he would compensate us for our loss. To date he has not done that and is now telling me to do whatever I have to do. Very dissappointed. I should have filed a police report but gave Victor the benefit of the doubt. read more

About 2:15 he called and told me due to the heat he would be a little bit late but arrived around 3pm. I had him doing one older Jaguar with a full claybar and my fairly new Tesla with just a wash. I called in this past Sunday super last minute looking for two car washes for both my car and my boyfriends, and not only did he accommodate us but left our cars looking like new. I was extremely surprised with how well the cars turned out as he worked thru some darkness given that it gets darker soon. However, what was even better was the fact that he offered to return if we were not pleased?! What?!
