First off, they came out same day on Labor Day which was a life saver. I had an insane build up of dog hair all throughout my SUV and it hadn't been washed in quite some time. They were on time which really isn't a big deal to me ever, but that was just a bonus. For the sake of transparency my vehicle was in dire need of an everything everywhere bath and I thought the dog hair would be impossible to get out. This was a really nice exterior wash, but the interior left something to be desired. It's not really an interior cleaning, but more of a nice vacuum and wipe down unfortunately. There is still a lot of dirt left around the dashboard and I will have to redo it, which is kinda frustrating for over $200, especially given that I am super pregnant and I got this so I wouldn't have to clean.
