We're retirees and packing boxes in preparation for the movers was the most exhausting experience, but Marina was pleasantly accommodating. She promptly arrived at 9:00 AM, as we had arranged, and after taking a cursory look inside the apartment she offered her price, which was more than fair, and less than she had originally quoted on line. We ran to the bank to get some cash and other business and by the time we returned Marina & her assistant were done. We conducted an inspection and found the old apartment as good, if not better, than when we originally moved in (5-years ago). Absolutely everything was sparkling clean, to include windows, kitchen appliances, bathrooms and the rest of the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit.
