Since we were at the pop up bar downstairs, we decided to go check out the restaurant on level 2. We were told to take the elevator behind the bar, once upstairs the restaurant will be on the right. It was a big restaurant, gave Viking vibes. Large tables, big lounge area by the fireplace and antler for chandelier. We decided to try couple of entrees, ceasar salad and beef shirt ribs. Since we had a far drive, we decided to go with mocktail instead.

I wanted to provide an updated review as I was back in MN and ate at Ember & Ice several times including breakfast! I had the avocado toast and the huevos rancheros ( on different days). Both were amazing!!!! I would 100% order either of them again. My daughter ordered the kids pancakes and ate them all up! Service is quick and the staff are so friendly. I didn't have a single bad experience. I also LOVE the ambience of Ember & Ice with the fireplace and cozy chairs/couches. I will definitely be back during my next visit.

We stopped here on a one night stay at the hotel and I rate this a way above average hotel restaurant. (Note that the Kyndred Hearth is the fancier place to eat in the hotel). I give this a 3.5 but suspect it really is higher. This feels like a fairly large Nordic themed sports bar at night with a bunch of TVs. There is a large central fireplace a bunch of tables and lounge type sitting (if you sit at the banquettes your mouth will be close to table level u less your really tall.). We sat at the bar and ordered from the large list of liquors, wines and craft beers. I ordered the Solemn Vow (Woodford Bourbon, Amaro Montenegro, Cynar, Mushroom (yes mushroom), Demara and walnut bitters). That's a lot of things and could have been awful but it all worked. The mushroom gave it interesting woody flavor and the Cynar added its Artichokey flavor. Overall this was a really good drink. We loved the Apple salad and Cheese Curds (both way better than average versions) and only liked the Charcuterie board (lots of food for the price but the cheese was sort of disappointing (lots of cubes of what seemed to be two kinds of cheese) the meat was good. It included grilled bread and flatbread and an olive tapenade but no quince as promised. The service was cool but effective, not much chat but we got what we ordered. Overall, I will eat here again and expect that the food leans more like our salad and curds.

We stopped by Ember & Ice for a quick family get together & dinner! I loved the nightime vibe of this place, it's beautiful to watch the sunset over the Vikings Training camp! The inside is warm and woody, as if you're in a luxury cabin in the mountains. However, it is a bit hard to get a table to eat at - it's definitely more of a lounge. The food menu is small, but the drink menu is large and I wanted to try everything! I love how it's split into "Ember" for warm-feeling drinks, and "Ice" for cool-feeling drinks. I can't find the menu online to get the exact name of what I ordered but it had "Queen" in it! It was a cucumber-y, fruit-y prosecco spritz that was light and delicious (and topped with a flower!). We ordered the soft pretzel to start. This is an easy appetizer to share with 4 people. It was salty, doughy and delicious - especially with the mustard and beer-cheese dipping sauces! For dinner I ordered their Salmon Salad (it has a different name, but again I can't find the menu!). This was amazing and the perfect portion! The salmon was cookied perfectly and paired great with the butter lettuce and various toppings included. I would definitely get this again. Everyone at our table loved their food, we will definitely be back!

We pulled a 3n stay at the Omni & the main restaurant was closed 2 of those days. Ee popped in here for a quick bite. Unfortunately, the menu offered is a reduced menu & that meant 2 of our favorites weren't offered. Luckily, the pretzel made the cut - though it's changed a bit, it's still huge and delish! They stop serving early, 830p - so, we had our pretzel on site & ordered a smorgasbord for the room, to go with our wine. Service was ok & the food/drinks were great... the burning incense (yes, you read that right) really makes the cocktail- I absolutely love the creativity. I am hoping to soon see an expanded menu, even if just slightly. It would also be amazing if they kept the kitchen open a bit later on days where the main restaurant is closed. Of course, we'll be back.

First off, going through the hidden Coke machine entrance is actually really fun and makes the whole place feel like a little adventure. The decor and speakeasy atmosphere are definitely the standout. Very cool space. VERY loud though. Like "lean across the table and say WHAT?" loud at times. The waitress was super nice and recommended a mocktail for me that called Ass in the Sand. It ended up being really good. It tasted like an elevated lemonade and was probably one of my favorite parts of the meal. Started with the rolls and whipped honey butter which were delicious. Very soft, warm, and honestly dangerous because I could've just kept eating bread all night. For the main meal, I did the Wagyu Burger with Parmesan fries. The burger itself was okay but surprisingly didn't have a ton of flavor outside of the grilled/charred taste. The Parmesan fries were actually the standout for me -- hand cut fries and parmesan fries are just hard to mess up. My partner tried the Mushroom Soup en Croute and wasn't a fan because the mushrooms were blended and he said it lacked flavor. He also had a Steak Taco special using their medallion steak and said even with lime it still needed more flavor. Finished with Crème Brûlée which is always a classic favorite for me and this one was good. Overall: fun experience, cool hidden entrance, great decor, good mocktail and bread, but the actual food menu is pretty limited and the flavors didn't totally wow me for the price. Glad I went and finally crossed it off my list, but probably a one-and-done visit for me.

My first thought was holy bottles! There's tons and tons of bottles up and down the walls. The space is also smaller than expected, but we went in at 3PM as a party of 4 on a Sunday and had no problem getting seated. I ordered the Lost Footage and it was delicious (and strong!!). It came in a flask inside of a VHS case which was fun. I then got to pour it into my glass. Other members of my group got The Red Wedding, Pity Party, and To Your Health. My spouse and I shared the strip steak and the wedge salad, which we enjoyed. I would like to see some more food options in the future, especially since I'm already pretty limited due to a gluten allergy. However, I am excited to come back.

The interior is giving industrial sports bar vibes, with TVs playing your favorite game, and wood/metal accents throughout the space. Bar, hightop, and table seating indoors. We didn't have a wait at 6pm on a Saturday evening. Staff was busy, but checked in often and were friendly throughout the stay! Lots of beer options, as well as a full bar! I had the Coffee Ale, which was lovely! Subtle notes of coffee in a smooth sipper. Enjoyed the Dill Pickle Chicken Sandwich for dinner, which was a great portion, savory, and delicious. Overall, a really solid meal! Our only constructive criticism was that the Onion Soup that my partner ordered came out luke warm, which was less than desirable. If we wanted to make a fuss, we could have sent it back, but decided against that!

Our server Julie was wonderful :) We love that she split our salad onto two plates.
