She is a miracle worker and by now 1.5 yrs later is my friend. Her cozy and modest studio on Divisadero is artistic, warm and inviting, and Lisa always greets me with a big hug (and smile, but we now conscientiously still mask because I interact with aging parents). She is a natural energy healer and personally has an amazing combination of gregariousness and quiet competence. From the beginning I trusted her and felt at ease. I often move into the alpha state as she massages my belly, or last year my arms and hands and neck because I suffered a bad case of tendinitis for months on end. She can tailor your session to what aches you and is trained in a number of modalities, so I would trust her implicitly to select what has the best chance of reducing current stress or pain. I keep coming back to Chi Nei Tsang, because it is so rare a practice competency (and almost impossible to find a dedicated professional with lots of experience) - and I love it! It could work with any GI issues which I have in spades and tho my life long issues have not been entirely solved, they have been eased. She has been with me every step of the way, reducing my stress over it. In fact, my Kaiser gastro doctor recommended the CNT practice to me! Try it!
