The king bed we purchased is a "gold bond sacro support mattress Buckingham" - it is, without question, the best mattress we've had. It's the perfect balance between support and plush. It's cushion on the top - providing a great feel of comfort and relief, but just beneath it's firm but giving. Its perfect if you're a side sleeper. We have been without a couch for weeks sense we were told it was here. Today they delivered the wrong chaise to go along with the wrong sofa. When we asked how we could fix their mistake we were told to "deal with it" and that they took responsibility for ordering the wrong couch but they would do nothing to fix the situation. After being told by the owner Multiple times that it was their fault and they had not ordered the right couch, we then received a call from them stating that they never admitted to any fault. They then wrote a forged receipt with the sectional parts that they ordered on it to cover their tracks. Crooks.
