The red scorpio have my favorite tempura softshell crab. It's lighter compare to the other rolls with the fresh vegetable inside minus the heavy sauces on top and it look so vibrant with the colorful masago on top. The bento box for my son included a soup as well, with a couple California rolls, tempura veggies and the chicken katsu strips. The katsu was crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
