The restaurant got a new Chef! I believe it! The last time I went was just last week (June 4, 2025). And I tried a Mongolian Beef with White Jasmine Rice. Friends? Yelpers? IS WAS DE-LI-CIOUS!!! Delicious has not even described the tasty of the food. I want to an upscale restaurant and had the same thing, Mongolian Beef. It was not so good. But Hong Kong! Is was so extremely good! Very tasty . Seasoned very well and tastes fresh. Very surprised because we are from NY and the Chinese food here was very good . Had to take picture mid way to show how good it also looks. The service was great and fast. Their were a lot of people ordering take out. So I was hoping to have a delicious dinner. The general tso chicken was good. The honey garlic chicken was good as well. But the beef fried rice was terrible. It came with frozen vegetables that were not cooked all the way. The worst part was the pork lo mein...it was mushy and gross. It tasted pasty and just awful! Came here at the last minute craving some chow mein. My other spot was closed so this was the closest at the time. Parking I saw alot of traffic so I thought this place had to be good. So had 2 orders, chicken chow mein (came with pork fried rice and either an eggroll or soup) opted for the wonton. His order was the szechuan beef with eggroll as the option. Was excited to see they give those crispy noodles with each order as well. Before I left I made sure to as for the mustard hot sauce as it's my favo. Got home and the rice was a tad on the greasy side, my chow mein was on point but the eggroll, besides a nice crunch was lacking flavor. The wonton soup was perfect and he was happy with his dish from the rice to the protein. All in all I would order again but maybe just the protein by itself oh and that hot mustard won my heart. read more

The food is so so good here. I get the General Tsos chicken with crab rangoons and it has great flavor, spice, and the meal is big enough for two meals.
