I've never physically been inside of the restaurant but we've ordered delivery from here numerous times. The food is usually good. I love the spicy chicken and spicy steak over a bed of broccoli. The presentation is not always up to par, but even then, the taste is usually the same. Teriyaki is their specialty so any dish with that is worth a try. Food is always ready fast and comes hot. Utensils, napkins and extra sauce are always included. Can't speak much to the customer service but they always get our orders right. Prices are not too bad but could probably be a bit cheaper imho. Tip: Talk to corporate about adding shrimp to the menu! Some of the sauces would go well with it. I would give 5 stars if the presentation of the food was better and more consistent. I've learned to listen to my cravings & what I've been craving lately is the Japanese comfort food I grew up with: shabu-shabu, curry, chicken katsu, takoyaki & yakisoba. Since I was going to be dropping by Seiwa to pick up some groceries & the ratings I decided on TM. I was looking at their website & even though it was 9am, I placed an order for pick-up at 11:30. I ordered the regular bowls: one beef & one chicken w/the usual veggies. After shopping at Seiwa I had time to kill & ran a couple of errand & still arrived at TM about 10 minutes early. I walked in & was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. I told them I ordered online & that I was early. I was actually glad my order was not ready because that meant they were making the food to be as fresh as it could be around my pickup time. So I looked around a bit, took pics & waited for my food. A bit past my pickup time I was on the road & headed to mom's. The bowls were still hot when I got to mom's & we immediately dug in. The chicken was good but was hit or miss on the dry side, the noodles were perfectly aldente, the veggies plentiful & tasty & the sauce delicious. The beef was the outstanding of the two & plentiful in the bowl. The regular can feed two people so there were plenty of left overs. In American English, teriyaki means sweet sauce based on soy sauce and sugar. The chopsticks say " The fear of chopsticks is called" consecotaleophobia. I have been using chopsticks since my childhood. But I am an argyrophobia who fears folk&knife that I can't use well. LOL. We went to TM for the first time for my wife's birthday. Even though we were there mid-afternoon, we found the service to quick and the food good. I also noticed a steady stream of cutomers who had ordered ahead, or came in to order, for take-out. Driving down Eldridge Pkwy, at the light we saw the sign for the restaurant. Great idea- certainly would not see it if not. We had 3 orders of teriyaki chicken with brown rice and noodles. My daughter and thought it was very good. My younger daughter thought it tasted okay. The teriyaki sauce is on the sweet side, and my daughter is used to the sauce more like soy sauce. I was craving for teriyaki chicken bowl for a while. When I looked it up on yelp, it sort of pop up and catch my eyes. It's a shop located in the strip mall over shadow by the bigger stores like Kroger etc. It has plenty of parking, and I was greeted promptly and they were eager to explain the menu to me. I ordered the chicken teriyaki plate with noodles. The dish has loads of chicken and vegetable. The ingredients has lot more portion then the noodles, which is great that means you are getting lot more bang for your bucks. The teriyaki sauce I though was very smooth not too sweet, it pair up pretty nice with the chicken, and the vegetable was saute point on. The dish taste better then some of more fancy Japanese restaurants. The place only has room for limited spaces, and only few small tables. It is not a place you bring big party to, but it is nice to come for lunch and quick dinner. I recommend this for anyone wants to try some nice teriyaki. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to try Teriyaki Madness out on Sunday night and we were pretty impressed. It reminded us of Panda Express, just a tad bit fresher. It wasn't too busy and there was plenty of seating due to the fact that most people were taking their food to go. I decided to get the Orange Chicken Bowl with the noodles and the stir fried veggies. The orange chicken was pretty tasty! It had the right amount of crunch, sweetness, and tang. The noodles and veggies were very simple but complemented the orange chicken very well. The bowl was very filling and I suggest getting it unless you're really hungry. My boyfriend ordered the Two Proteins Plate with the teriyaki chicken and the spicy chicken. He decided to get noodles and macaroni salad for his sides. I liked the spice of the spicy chicken that slowly creeps up on you. I also enjoyed the nice charred flavor the teriyaki chicken had. Tucked inside a small store near the Krogers this place reminds me of being at an airport for some reason. The food is fast food but it's not bad at all. I particularly like the way they cooked the white rice. It's nice and fluffy not too dry and not sticky or mush. I had orange chicken and it was orange chicken. Added some sriracha and it made the meal much better. I would have loved some sesame seeds though. I think the energy here and the polite staff pushed my rating up.
