Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

He kept harassing her after she said she wasn't interested in any services. He rode past her and bumped into her arm. My wife has balance issues due to a stroke and it upset her and she had trouble getting steady on her feet afterwards. After I asked him to stop riding on our grass he harassed me about pest control services and I had to tell him numerous times I wasn't interested. I think someone needs to talk To him about respecting people's property. If I need any pest control services I know who I won't be contacting.

It's especially enraging when a sales person completely disregards your clearly posted signage and disrupts your day. Even more enraging when they get their feelings hurt because you let them know how utterly disrespectful their behavior is. What value is there in hiring anyone who cannot read or follow directions? It's because my experience I had with Ryan in regards to eliminating an a ENORMOUS mouse invasion we had in our house here in Rancho Palos Verdes. It all started very innocently with a Mouse that appeared in the house. This was very unusual because we always had had cats and never was concerned about rodents. However all our cats had all just passed away from old age. So this was something quite new. Within days one mouse turned into a dozen and then we were simply overrun with mice. We kept buying traps from Amazon. We simply could not keep up. Some nights we would get as many as 40. The question was how are they getting in to the house? We were desperate we could not leave the house for more than a day or the mice would just simply take over, so we called several national pest control companies. They all came with traps and searched for an opening where the mice could be entering however they never were able to find it. After several weeks and desperate, we decide to try a local pest control company and call Ryan Little's Company. When Ryan showed up at the door,I told him the problem that we were having and he said he would start by searching around the perimeter of the house. When he came to the last side of the house by the kitchen he looked up at where the eaves were joining. "They're coming in there". I looked up and couldn't see anything. He said, you can tell by the little black marks on the eve??? He gave me the name and number of his handyman and said he can fill the hole and if we have any more problems, then we can go from there. So I called the Handyman. I showed him the spot and he asked if I had a ladder which I did.He checked out the spot and said "yes, there was a hole about the size of a quarter and do I have any kind of foam he could use".I had a can foam in the garage he could. He squirted a few squirts to cover the hole, When he got down from the ladder.I asked him how much do I owed you.He said he didn't want to charge me anything because he was here only a few minutes . I gave him $50 and he reluctantly accepted. So after Handyman left, I said to my wife, that was interesting, but hard to believe that the problem was solved, so we just waited for the mice. We waited and waited.......... We have never had a mouse IN THE HOUSE SINCE THEN ....8/20/2022!!!!!!!!!!!! I think of all the time and money I spent with other rodent companies not to mention the fear and anxiety when you have a mouse attack of this magnitude. All I had to do was call Ryan little's Company.Thank you Ryan.

We were customers of EcoShield for several years. When we signed up for the quarterly service, we…read morewere told that rodent control was part of the service. We were also told that any potential points of entry for rodents to get into the home or crawlspace would be addressed upon signing up for the service. During our last quarterly service, we were told that there was a lot of rat activity underneath our home in the crawlspace. We had an inspector come out, and we were told it was going to cost over $2000 to remediate the rat problem. I asked why this issue had not been caught earlier during prior quarterly inspections, and why the entry points had not been sealed, as we were told they would be. The inspector said that the quarterly service only covers "trapping" of rodents. Again, this is not what we were told when we signed up for the service. We did end up paying $2300 to Ecoshield to have this problem addressed. However, we then canceled our quarterly service. I called multiple other pest control companies to inquire about their quarterly service options, and I was told several times that it was the "industry standard" to seal up entry points for rodents upon signing up for services. Multiple other companies also told me that my rodent problem should have been remediated for free by Ecoshield, as it was their inspection deficits that ultimately led to the rodents being able to cause such issues in our crawlspace. I also want to point out that Ecoshield's services have dwindled over the years. For example, about a year ago, they stopped applying products to control spiderwebs. Also, if you call them, you never speak to someone who is in the United States, and I found that in general, language barriers were always an issue when trying to communicate with them via telephone. Another thing they started doing, was asking us to tip the technician who came to our home during the quarterly inspections. I have no idea why they thought asking for a tip was appropriate. Altogether, I think that they are just another greedy company who will lie to you in order to get your money, and then will just do the bare minimum.

I went up and checked before, during and post work and we are so pleased. We are now properly vented and have airflow, have all areas sealed, vent fans sealed correctly and enough insulation. It took only about an hour for the estimate, including the 1/2 hour the gentleman took to write it up and provide photos, work to be done and costs (in a color pamphlet!). He also reviewed what was found and what work should be done and why. We were really impressed. The actual work was scheduled week later and took 2 days (did not take an entire day each day). They were quick, clean, put up plastic barriers to protect the walls, house and floor. No leakage of any debris or old soiled insulation occurred. 10/10 would hire again. Note: they took care if the PSE rebates and were recommended by PSE.

After the work, I discovered an unusual amount of dust accumulating in my house and tracked it down to the attic intake duct not being sealed and the new blow in cellulose insulation being sucked into my air system. I removed the blow in insulation to seal it and found all the shoddy work done by the Crawl Pros crew: unsealed ducts, horribly sloppy foam spray sealing, wrapped ducts with large gaps where insulation is missing, old rat droppings not cleaned up, sand from blasting not vacuumed, bent blow in depth gauge to mislead about actual insulation depth, old insulation re-used and buried, loose staples from a failed staple gun, and damaged hardwood floor near attic entrance. Whatever you do... look elsewhere for attic or basement work

If Clean Crawls will make this issue right, I'd be happy to change my review of them…read more They charged me $1,844.09 back in April to remove all rodent droppings/debris and install a new vapor barrier. They were supposed to also properly seal all rodent holes, and replace flex ducts, as well as install screens to keep rodents out. They said they would wrap my water pipes and secure that insulation with twine. Shortly thereafter I hired a pest control company that confirmed that my crawl space had NOT been secured. They said there were many gaps and holes around the foundation and in the siding where rodents could still get into the crawl space. So I paid the pest control company $523.37 to fix the problems and asked Clean Crawls to refund me for not doing that part of their work. Now I'm hiring for insulation to be installed below the floor in my crawl space. TWO companies that came to offer bids have told me that Clean Crawls did substandard work. Not only did they fail to seal the crawl space end-caps, but they did not do the prescriptive air seal that is standard for crawl space work. None of the ducts have been sealed under my home. Vertical pipes were not insulated either. If Clean Crawls would like to come back and clean up the hair and feces from rodent activity that happened right after they failed to seal the space under my home, I'd be happy to change this rating. Yet so far, all they've done is try to deflect their substandard work by making me out to be a bad person. I just want the expected result for a contract signed. Make it right Clean Crawls! You were highly recommended to me by a great plumber (*I recommend Pipe Dreams, folks!*). When I told my plumber about the trouble I've had working with Clean Crawls he could not believe it. So make it right Clean Crawls! I need my crawl space vacuumed, sanitized, the ducts to be sealed and the end-caps to be insulated as per the contract that you signed with me. It has only been a few months since I hired and paid you. Make it right!

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

After we change it. The air conditioning is good now. I would never call this company again.

They do not stand by their work and actually tried to scam us with unneeded repair work We paid purcor to seal up our crawlspace back in 2022 for mice intrusion. We have used them continuously since and the work was warrantied for the life of the policy. Last year they did a free annual home inspection and the inspector said something about evidence of mice in the crawlspace again and he would send a report. The report was never sent despite me asking multiple times for it. Our tech kept coming out and putting traps in the crawlspace. Fast forward to this winter and we're hearing scratching in the crawlspace. The tech came out (who we actually like, no complaint there) and said we needed an inspector to view the space. As we kept trying to schedule that, they insisted it should just be part of the annual home inspection. I mentioned how we didn't even get the last report but fine. He comes out, says there is heavy rodent activity and they're burrowing under the foundation into the space. Rather than sending a home inspection report (again, didn't get one) we got an invoice for $9k+ in repairs and $3k+ to trench along part of the house to put in mesh. Because of the high amount money being asked, we had two different companies come out and review the crawlspace. They both said there was no evident of rodents coming under the house because there was a poorly patched vent they could walk right in from. The company that renovated the space even put that into a letter for us to present to Purcor. We also found out talking to the tech that the inspector told him he tried to repair the same vent while he was under the house so he clearly knew how the rats were getting in. We don't like leaving reviews like that. We emailed our client rep, explained the situation including copies of the invoices for the work Purcor did, the letter from the company explaining their finding and gave Purcor the chance to make this right. We were told our issue was escalated to management and they would reach out. No reply. I emailed three weeks later, asking again if they wanted to make this right to avoid cancelling service and negative reviews. We gave them another week. Still no reply. So we emailed to say we were canceling service and here we are. Do yourself a big favor and pick another company. They do not standby their work. They will not make things right if they mess up. They will try to scam you by pushing unneeded work.

I used these guys for a long time. I had the same tech for a while which worked out well, but they…read morestarted to churn through workers. I ONLY wanted the rat boxes done and repeatedly stated to the company that did not want chemicals sprayed around the house. I would tell the workers this the day before to remind them and they still could not follow that simple instruction. Less work right? So, they screwed up many times. The final time was December with another new guy showed up the day after I reminded him, in writing, not to spray chemicals. Guess what, they showed up the next day WITH A SUPERVISOR, and proceeded to spray chemicals all around my house. They also put GLUE traps in my crawl space without asking and I never would have authorized that. I decided to cancel my contract AFTER that and called the company running the comcast-like gauntlet of 'what if we gave you this or that credit'. I declined and asked to cancel and they removed my credit card. I was not informed of any remaining balance. After that, they sent me a bill for the service that they once again screwed up. Keep in mind I paid full price to these guys for years just to have the rat boxes done so I was grossly overpaying and they got way more out of me than they put in. I called them to dispute the bill, they said they would call me back after running up the chain. They didn't. Instead they insist I owe them money for a SERVICE THEY CONTINUALLY SCREWED UP. They are an extraordinarily incompetent company that can't follow simple instructions.

This company went from throwing bait without traps on first visit, to setting snap traps inside and outside on second visit, to showing up and the owner of the company saying those are the wrong traps and set them all off. This was supposed to be the final visit, instead this person claiming to be the owner was there to make a bid to my landlord for more work. He said he would be back Saturday with the correct traps as he was there to "bid" a crawl space clean out, not address the current contract of getting rid of the rodent/s. No call no show Saturday. I called the front office Monday to confirm they would be bringing the correct traps out and to set a new day. She said someone was coming out today/Monday- even tho no one scheduled that with me. Needless to say, by the time they did come back out to address the original contract, they removed all but one outside trap. Then that technician insisted on coming over to check the trap on a day I wouldn't be home. I asked him to come by on a day I am home as I am not comfortable with people being at my property/house when I am not. He said he will just get permission from the landlord since she paid the bill. Why would a person/company not respect such a simple request? I feel awful that my landlord paid this amount of money for literally nothing but a headache. If you haven't hired them, might as well try anywhere else first.

They always found a way to explain away a problem and subsequently leave it up to me for the solution. I had a wasp nest take up residence in the crawl space of my home. The company I hired initially said, "I am not crawling down there and I don't know how you're going to deal with it". Scott from Independent Pest Solutions indicated it was a problem and found the solution. There was no hesitation, no effort to explain it away and leave it to me for a solution. He know what do and how to make it happen. I am so very thankful I fell into this company. Frankly, I sincerely pray, these guys stay in business because they deserve our trust and patronage. They are the best in every way.

The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

I called Insight Pest Control and they said they were experts at treating them, but because they were so difficult to treat that I needed to sign a year long agreement. They showed up, sprayed, and it did absolutely nothing. They were supposed to return every two weeks until hey were gone but did not (didn't show up for another 3 months). So I then went online, figured out a more effective way to treat (steam everything with hot water + used a powdered substance all over the area that was recommended), and that got rid of them permanently. They have done two other quarterly services where they spent less than 5 minutes on the property. And yet I have paid $87/month for this scam of a service. We just moved out of the rental and were told that we would be given more than a $500 cancellation fee or would have to pay for the remaining months on our contract. I think all the pest control companies are a scam (they spend very, very little time on site with only a quarterly visit compared to what they charge you), but this company is especially bad because they don't show up when there is an actual problem. And they won't even cancel when you move? Our other pest control company allowed you to cancel upon moving but these folks want their money no matter what, despite not actually doing the job they were hired to do.
