Leif came out to the house right on time and helped to capture the rogue bats, identify where they were living, and systematically identify all of the sites where the bats were getting in, or could potentially get in in the future. It turns out that a small colony (around 10-20 bats) had been living in the attic! On the next visit to our home Leif, Zach and Dillon sealed up all of the potential entry/exit points, leaving a one-way door to let the bats out for seasonal migration. Finally the same team came out to completely remove all of the guano and replace dirty insulation from the attic once the bats were gone. They finished off with a disinfection treatment in the attic and fireplace, leaving everything good as new. My family really appreciates the professional work quality and positive attitude from the on-site crew (THANK YOU GUYS!) Furthermore the administrative team was able to clearly track all of the services billed and provided tips to help us get the remedial work covered by homeowners' insurance.

This company is either grossly incompetent or intentionally misleading customers…read more Their website explicitly states they can locate dead rodents in walls, scope the area, and cut through drywall to remove them. Before booking, I confirmed this service multiple times--first with Ava during scheduling and again directly with the technician, Sam Dozer, before he even came to our home. Despite all of that, Sam showed up and then flat-out told us the company does not do this type of work at all. So let me be clear: * The website advertises the service * The scheduling rep confirmed it * The technician confirmed it * Then the technician arrived and said they don't do it This was a complete waste of time, incredibly unprofessional, and left us still dealing with a dead animal rotting inside our wall. When I showed him their own website proving the service is advertised, there was no accountability--just a shrug and denial. If a company cannot accurately represent the services they offer or communicate internally, they should not be in business. This is not a small misunderstanding--this is false advertising and terrible customer service. I will be attaching a screenshot of their website that clearly confirms what they claim to offer. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Search for "Northwest Nuisance Wildlife Control" (their other name) and read the reviews there for more accurate descriptions of their services. A tip: if they reassure you that their methods are reliable and work well, just know that's NOT TRUE for everyone, and they'll do absolutely nothing to help you after you've already sent them the set-up fees. They caught one squirrel that wasn't even one of the ones that live in my attic, and left it in the trap a full 24 hours before picking it up, which made all the other squirrels avoid the traps from then on. I'm holding back tears as I write this, because I feel so confused, frustrated and misled, as I try to WFH while listening to the squirrels running around in my attic. Note that the employees I've interacted with are friendly and kind. But the company's management and approach to pest trapping are totally lacking and unhelpful.

When we called…read morefor a quote for our raccoon problem they told us they would do an inspection for $175 plus tax and if we decide to get traps ($350 plus tax) they would refund us the inspection cost. After I asked for the refund the manager Rick said that we misunderstood and that we would have get the traps done the same day as the inspection which we were not told it had to be on the SAME day! He kept saying we misunderstood but there was no misunderstanding,. The first day we had the inspection the tech said he guaranteed the coyote urine they sprayed in our attic and backyard would prevent the raccoons from returning. That didn't happen and the raccoons came back many times afterwards. We ordered the traps but never got the inspection fee refunded. Sebring the technician was very nice but some of the office staff doesn't respond to emails or call back. They said because there was an emergency in the family but the other manager never responded either. They charge you ($175 plus tax) each time they come out (pick up of raccoons, re-bait). I asked them to put the trap on the roof at the entry point of the attic. They said they cannot do that but later through the process, they did. We did some legwork ourselves to help with the process as well since nothing was happening for a few weeks which we believe helped catch the raccoons. I wouldn't recommend this company but if you use them make sure Sebring is your technician. He's the only one that has the customer service skills!
