I'm really glad that I gave Sacramento Jewelers my business today. It's a family owned jewelry store and I was greeted with a warm smile at the door. When I asked about replacing the batteries in my watches, instead of disappointment for such a small request, I received a very cordial and friendly response. Both batteries were installed in under 20 minutes and it was a total of $30. $15 each, and these were not inexpensive watches. I couldn't have been happier. They used a tool to check what karat gold my jewelry was, weighed it, and then paid me out in nice crisp cash. I'd use it again for the convenience, but not to get the best price.
