We were so excited to eat that we forgot to take pictures right away! Here is part of the eggplant starter and our salad.

Two friends and I recently had dinner at Terra Kitchen, and I think we would all agree it was the best dinner that we have had in a long long time! Besides the amazing service, the food was absolutely incredible. We ordered the bruschetta, the eggplant, and the cauliflower as starters, and split a salad. Everything was great, and it was hard to decide what was best. In fact, one friend said the bruschetta was her favorite, another said the cauliflower was her favorite, and I said the eggplant was my favorite. But all of them were great! Besides all of this, the atmosphere is artistic and peaceful. I wish this was closer to where I live! I can't wait to return.

    Ranch Sausage Pizza

We had our family trip in Eagle Crest this year and my sister had reserved this restaurant for our dinner. The bread service included nice thick slabs of sourdough and some hearty chimichurri with a touch of salt. The honey-kissed burrata was a twist from the usual way I eat it. There was a thin coating of honey, some pieces of mandarin, and a couple pieces of microgreens. It was both sweet and savory, and quite refreshing. The harissa herb lamb was ok. It was too charred and a little dry. Even with the sweet onion and tahini sauce, it was difficult to stomach. My hubby got the ranch sausage pizza. The pork and peppers had a nice hearty bite. The ratio of cheese, vegetables, and crust were spot on. As far as pizza goes, it really hit the spot. Service was superb. There was a rotation between three different people to help with our large table. It is certainly a little on the steeper side cost-wise but I can appreciate that when it is all farm to table. Next time, even id we don't come back to the restaurant, I know we enjoyed the rooftop bar portion of the hotel as well. There are certainly options!

    Amazing strudel

Redmond, Oregon An outstanding farm-to-table experience. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The charred eggplant was creamy and smoky with crispy garlic chips and an outstanding black garlic yogurt sauce. The Halibut Olympia featured perfectly cooked, moist fish with a crisp panko crust over an incredible saffron seafood broth that was good enough to finish with every grain of rice. The Oregon marionberry strudel was the perfect ending--bright, sweet, tart, and served with fresh vanilla bean whipped cream. One of the best meals I've had.

I love this place. It's well decorated, comfortable and their team is friendly and attentive. I got the risotto and a glass of their red blend. I'd order both again. Would definitely come back if I'm in town again!

Phenomenal flavors and fresh ingredients!!! I recently stayed at SPC Redmond hotel for business and had a delicious lunch. The grain and roasted vegetable bowl with blackened wild salmon. What took it over the top were the two sauces, including a roasted jalapeño cilantro, green sauce and a roasted Romanesco sauce. I paired it with a nonalcoholic IPA. It completely hit the spot and was a super satisfying meal. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to requests. Don't miss this gem!

Vegan mushroom risotto and vegan pizza

great service and ambiance. We didn't feel either entree was worth the price (about $26pp) however their drinks were crazy affordable and very, very good. We also enjoyed the dessert. Would go again but likely only for drinks and apps or a salad. This was a 20th anniversary dinner for us. I order pasta and grain dishes almost never but wanted to choose something fancy. The risotto wasn't the soft risotto I've had in the past. It felt like rice with some cream and mushrooms. The mushrooms were excellent but the dish wasn't risotto. The wood fired pizza was huge and delish but very expensive

Small restaurant - but I dig the decor and vibe! The service was fine. This is an All vegetarian, farm to table sort of rotating seasonal menu, type of restaurant. Thankfully this was not a vegetarian restaurant full of tofu - cause tofu is gross. the menu items all look well thought out. I stopped in for an early dinner - I was the only one there. I ordered the beet salad, which was incredible! I love a good beet salad, and this was one of the best I've had! I got the Peruvian stew as an entree, and it was good - but not great. I'll definitely go back, but probably try the pizza next time!

This is my second visit here. The first time was with family and we ordered a variety of pizzas. They were all fabulous--unusual ingredients and wonderful flavors. Now I'm here on business alone about six months later. The waitress actually remembered me! I was impressed. This time I ordered the FesenJoon Stew. "Sweet and sour Persian stew cooked in a walnut, pomegranate, saffron, and cinnamon broth. Filled with kombucha, pumpkin, crimini mushrooms, and red bell pepper. Served with basmati, rice, cardamom, lime yogurt, and fresh pomegranate kernels." Delicious, thick, rich and strong. For dessert, apple strudel. "Honeycrisp apples, with cinnamon and sugar wrapped in flaky phyllo dough and baked golden brown." Really good as well. What I love about this place is their use of "sustainably sourced ingredients and organic whenever possible," along with humanely treated meats. They have loads of vegan options. Can't wait for my third time the next time I'm in town!

Terra Kitchen was phenomenal. The welcoming, beautifully decorated environment makes it an ideal place to dine. The staff were wonderful, providing quality service and hospitality. I ordered the spinach/mushroom salad (even if I'm not particularly a salad person) and it was SO good and something I'd order again. For my entree I had the fresh pasta with a salmon fillet, the pasta is home made and tastes like the pasta I had in Italy. Overall I highly recommend Terra Kitchen to anyone who happens to be passing by or living in the area. My mom and I had a wonderful experience :)

    Homemade butternut squash baby puree

I've been here a few times over the years. The food and service is always great so I keep coming back. But this time the service was beyond amazing and it deserved recognition, let me tell you why. It's the first time I've been back since having a baby. We have a beautiful 6 month old and he tagged along with us. Taking a new baby out to nice places can be stressful and often times you feel like the staff or people may not want you here. Terra on the other hand - made us feel so welcome and at home. As soon as we sat down one of the chefs came over and brought us fresh butternut squash puree for our baby. This was something so simple but made our entire trip. The front staff was beyond accommodating as well. Even moving us to a more comfortable (lower) table when one opened up without us having to ask. The team went up and beyond and they gained a very grateful and loyal customer. Thank you again so much!

I have had the charcuterie boards and they are also good, as are the mini pizzas. The staff are friendly and helpful, the interior is both homey and visually interesting, and IME even the patrons are generally chill, awesome people (not to be biased or anything :P). The well kept yet comforting atmosphere and the variety of games available to play for free really help make this my favorite spot in town, and I mean fully my favorite. Also, if you've ever wanted to wear that cosplay, garb or coord out, now is your chance, because they will not bat an eyelash. Just look for the giant skeleton (imo a beloved fixture of the establishment & it wouldn't be the same without him). Considering not only their existence as a hub for community events but also their current ongoing assistance in serving as a dropoff point for fire relief supplies & efforts to rally more donations, I would consider them a pillar of the community and a welcome haven for not only the geeks & nerds of Redmond but for anyone who simply wants to step away from the bustle of life and into a charming and comforting oasis. It is with good reason that this establishment has become somewhat of a home away from home for me, and I hope it will become yours too, because if you're reading this and you haven't been yet, you are indeed missing out and should rectify this tragic oversight immediately :P But no really, go check it out (I hear that Kyle makes awesome drinks, and although I'm not too much of a big drinker myself, my experiences in that realm have been generally good with this establishment).
