I started with Jed at Level 9 in May of 2021 at 43 years old, 6'2 and 262 lbs. Here we are, 8 months later and I'm in the best shape of my life at 215 pounds. I see Jed 3x/week for 30 minute sessions and I've been following an 18/6 intermittent fasting schedule since June 2021. Jed is great because he listens to you. I had a shoulder injury when I started and we STILL haven't done any DIRECT work on that shoulder. We've done a bunch of work AROUND my shoulder and I'm probably 97% better now. Jed is great because he tailors your workout for you and for what he KNOWS you can do. There have been plenty of exercises that Jed has demonstrated for me before asking me to do 30 of them, and my eyes had already determined that I wouldn't be able to do one of the them, but lo and behold, my body COULD and DID do all 30 of them. It's an amazing feeling. Jed is a great accountability partner. I couldn't have (and didn't) do this on my own. Granted, I'm the one on the stairs carrying the kettlebell; I'm the one holding the plank or doing mountain climbers on the yoga mat sweating my ass off; I'm the one grunting and groaning embarrassingly on the bluffs three times a week, but Jed is the one telling me what to do, encouraging me to continue and making it something that I want to continue doing forever. 10/10 would and do recommend

My health has changed SIGNIFICANTLY. I had some chronic lower back and hipflexer issues that I thought I'd just have to deal with. My sports chiropractor gave me some stretches, which seemed to help, as long as I did them daily. But Scott has made the huge difference! When I began working out with him, he assessed my body and started doing workouts with me to strengthen the muscles around the problem areas. He understands the body and knows how to get yours to it's strongest capacity. By building up some of the "less glamorous" muscles, I am now able to work out harder and feel great! Needless to say, I had a great intro session with her. From then on I have signed up for multiple sessions at the Happy Lifts gym with Serbrina, and she has been an amazing coach/trainer every time. Her style is encouraging and empowering and makes me want to be better everytime I show up. She has different classes targeting the upper and lower body, and she has also hosted online courses for those who are still gym shy and want more information to build up confidence and knowledge. She's great at breaking down each exercise, what muscle group it targets, and can make modifications for you whenever needed.
