Coffee was good quality and the bagel was amazing however I asked for more ice in my iced coffee and the girl got mad at me grabbed it out of my hand didn't say one word to me just rolled her eyes and handed it back to me a few minutes later still not saying anything to me. I asked her if it was a problem asking for more ice and she ignored me. I couldn't believe this. It was my first time here and will surely be the last. I have never written a review for a restaurant before and never intended to. However, this was probably my favorite breakfast EVER. I'm on a road trip and am eating a lot of bagels, but this tomato Asiago bagel was superb. The cinnamon roll was as well after I popped it in the microwave to heat it up. We have visited Terre Coffee and Bakery three times this week and each time we have not been disappointed. Their GF raspberry scone (heated) was delicious with an iced mocha. We also shared a fresh out of the oven cinnamon roll and took one home for my husband. He was very happy with it. Next was the drive through. They took there time to answer all of our questions about their menu, were professional and patient. When we got to the window, our order was correct (we were very confusing) and the woman was cheerful. That day we ordered iced mochas and a heated GF chocolate scone. Today my husband and I went in there this morning. Again, the they were very patient and nice. We ordered a cheese jalapeño breakfast sandwich and a plain bagel with cream cheese. The bagels looked and tasted homemade and everything was delicious. It is a warm a friendly coffee and bakery that offers all of the coffee drinks that you can think of. The quality of everything that we have enjoyed went beyond our expectations. Why go anywhere else when you can have an enjoyable experience dining in a warm and inviting environment that has delicious food? So last year my family and I stayed in post falls for a few days at the nastiest red lion ever. The only saving grace was being so close to this gem. We're from Seattle so we're picky little bitches when it comes to coffee. This place is amazing. The only thing wrong with it is it's not in Seattle!!! It's literally my favorite place ever. So much so that this year we stayed in Worley and drove 30 min just so I could share this place with my sisters!!! Not only do they have pellet ice but their coffee and employees are above and beyond expectation! The barista slanging drinks even asked us if we needed help to our car. Mind you they were super busy. Who asks that?!? So amazing. I'm jealous of anyone who lives in post falls!! We just waited in drivethru 16 minutes before even getting to order, they were only serving one car at a time. Once we get to window, we waited five minutes more, they gave us no silverware or napkins for our food and coffees were mediocre at best. I came through their drive through from out of state, not expecting much. I'm a coffee connoisseur, and I was blown away by the customer service. They heard it was our first time and loaded us down with free pastries/pumpkin bread. Our coffees were great. Also, they gave us a punch card to earn free drinks, and they doubled our punches just to be nice. They've got something going on here. I definitely would expect to see them expanding to multiple locations and great success in the future if they keep on with this. read more

Disappointed in a coffee shop that is usually very pleasant. My mother had to wait over half an hour while the employees put other customer's coffee orders before her to get a gift card. After waiting patiently for such a long time, she went back up to the counter and the man had completely forgotten her! In an abrupt and quick manner, he gave her a gift card and not until after when she went to mail it to a dear friend did she see the card is not a new card but an old worn and used one. If a paying customer is going out of their way to promote a business to another, the least one can do is treat them with respect and provide nice products. Omg, so I pass another coffee drive thru on Spokane street on my way to the freeway everyday. It always has 4-5 cars on either side of the windows. Everyday this place has none. That should have been a sign but I'm dumb I guess. Or not awake enough to make right decisions I guess. Anyways, I decide today is the day. Low and behold I follow 2 cars into the drive thru! Almost 15 mins later I leave with a 24oz iced almond milk latte for 6$ (it would be 4.5 at Dutch bros for that size.) and a 6$ breakfast sandwich. (Which would be 3.50 at Starbucks.) The coffee was overpriced but tasty, the sandwich on the other hand... overpriced and HORRIBLE! I figured as the 3 person in line, it would be ready by the time I got up there but apparently they waited until I pulled up to start it. It was sausage pellets cooked into some burnt, gritty, fake eggs. And rather than buy whatever machine Starbucks uses to quick cook their sandwiches, it was microwaved, then toasted (which explains the wait time I guess) to the point the top of the bagel was rock hard (like when you overcook a pizza bagel- as I have done). Which especially sucked considering it was an everything bagel, and "everything" was on the top... As for service, the girl was very friendly while I waited forever, cut my sandwich in half like I was 10, but didn't bother with any napkins. read more

I accidentally popped the top off my cup when I sat down and spilled some of my fantastic latte on the table and asked them for a wash cloth. Went in after seeing this place on the yelp app. Decided to give it a try since the cinnamon rolls looked amazing. Did not get disappointed. The coffee was yummy and as a welcome present, since we just moved to the area and told the woman that was helping us this, she asked us if we would like some free samples. She gave us a full piece of pumpkin bread and banana bread and double punched our coffee card. Will DEFINITELY be my new coffee stop. The prices were also very reasonable. I always enjoy coming to Terre (formerly Post Falls Coffee House). I usually come to meet business clients. Coffee is fabulous as are the baked goods. Can't go wrong with their cinnamon rolls. That being said, I am a brewed coffee only kind of person (don't like sweet coffee) so I cannot comment on anything but the brewed coffee. If you are staying, you can have your coffee in a mug instead of a paper cup which I love. Music is sometimes a bit loud but maybe that's just because I usually meet folks at 6:30am. Plenty of room to sit and talk. They have larger tables for bigger groups as well as tables for two and lounge type chairs. Be aware, they're closed on Sundays. read more
