Today we got a zipfizz and a latte, my partner got a sausage bagel sandwich on the Italian bagel, and I just got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with cream cheese. Their bagel sandwiches are gigantic, the best bang for your buck of any coffee shop in town. Usually when I get a bagel sandwich from them, I have to eat it in two sittings. The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is cute, simple, and open! Lots of people go there for business meetings and studying, I always see folks in there working away on their laptops. They are located in the same shopping center as Super 1 and Ace Hardware. I like their coffee bakery shop is to the left of the parking lot and has ample spaces to park. The shop itself is very big and spacious. It includes lots of room for seating for different party sizes. The selection of pastries, breads and drinks make this an excellent place to visit. The prices are also very reasonable. I did also take the beginner sourdough class and had a great time. It was a small group and the instructor (owner) really took the time to answer questions, discuss methods and helped us perfect the techniques. Class took us through every step of the process and we got to go home with a starter and a loaf we cut. Since then I have made my own loaf using what I learned and it came out perfect. This is one of the best hands on classes in the area.

They could be creative about this idea. And the customer service needs to follow through is when someone orders and doesn't have to wait and wonder if the order is done. I don't know .. maybe the business of giving good food tops all that.. although - the crab berry scone is not as good as the sourdough ones I make- the orange icing tastes like those cheap cinnamon rolls cups- it could be better.
