Kayla picked up where he left off and was also very patient and professional with explaining things. She communicated clearly, answered all my questions, responded timely and kept me up to date on deliveries and installation. I was given a time they would start, and on the day of install they were here on time and finished timely. The installation Manager performed a walk around / inspection to make sure things were intact and Josh followed-up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work performed. I'm so very thankful that I saw those recommendations; I hired Red Mountain Inspections to conduct an inspection on my new home I am purchasing in Lincoln, AL. I earnestly believe Chad Allen ( the proprietor) went above and beyond what a layperson - like myself would expect. Despite my home purchase being "new construction", I felt that Chad took great care to inspect every aspect of the house as if it were not new. I was there with Mr. Allen during the majority of the inspection and he took time to physically show me his findings (where practical) and showed me photos he took where not practical for me to physically see. In addition to all that, he graciously addressed my questions and concerns as a novice new home buyer. His fee was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Red Mountain Home Inspections.
