The 29-minute circuit course has become my favorite routine. I just wish some people would respect the circuit part of it and not hog one machine for ten minutes.

It's three blocks away from my house and I know I would never work out if it was more than a couple miles away. The place is clean, has good people working here and equipment that works. So why only three stars? The place is ridiculously small with nearly half of it taken up by a 'Ladies Only' section. For the most part they have all the equipment and weights that I need but because of the size it can get pretty tight during peak hours. It is also annoying that all of the treadmills get taken quickly when it's busy yet the 'Ladies Only' section is nearly empty with additional machines and equipment that are going unused. My biggest gripe is their hours. This is mainly my own problem as my work hours are crazy but I think closing at 5pm on weekends is pretty ridiculous. Not to mention I came on Memorial Day and the place was closed. I'll keep coming here just because I can roll out of bed and skip here if I wanted to. However things would be a lot nicer if they got rid of the 'Ladies Only' section and adjusted their hours to be more like other Body XChange locations.

I do not recommend this gym…read more Professionalism: The trainer I had was named Alex. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even hostile at times towards me without clear reason. I did nothing to provoke him except show up to the sessions that I paid for. To this day, it's still confusing and alarming. Sessions: Alex did not show up to two sessions and left in his vehicle while I was still exercising for one of them. I was always sore after workouts, but it helped to have a trainer who was actually present and showing up to sessions. Waste of time and money if they aren't there. Cleanliness: The bathrooms in this gym are extremely filthy. Every time I went, the toilets and the sink were not working. I told Alex about it and he didn't want to hear it. He brushed me off and told me he was aware of the issue, yet it was never resolved. The bathrooms are worthy of an OSHA complaint or a health department complaint. I considered completing one, but chose to get my refund and get out of there as fast as I could. Extra detail: I am a woman and Alex intimidated me in front of people. Knowing that he is a man, and I was on a contract made this situation unbearable. It made me feel like I couldn't defend myself without potentially losing my hard earned money. This kind of power imbalance is not OK. If you are a woman, please consider a different trainer who will not intimidate or try to humiliate you simply because he can.

I just hope members can be more considerate so the gym stays clean and enjoyable for everyone.

So I had been off away from this gym for six weeks because I had back surgery and I come back and…read morenow they don't have any towels because the towel machine is broken. I come to work out on Saturday morning and then I go to work right after afterwards I need to take a shower. Whether it's there's no soap in the handicap shower or the shower is broken or there's no towels. This gym is just ridiculous. It's always so hard just to take a shower here for one reason or another and I pay for this. I will say this again the only reason why I come here is for one person's class and that is Airica's class. If she didn't teach her, I wouldn't come here at all. And instead of getting a towel service like I do at the hair salon when we have no towels, They're just gonna keep charging people for it and dwindling down their amenities. They already did that at all the other locations. It's just that I don't need to shower at the other locations when my work schedule is different. It would just be nice to get an email or a notification saying what is broken before we get here in the morning. Because of course, I have my own towels at home. I could've simply brought one. Just no educated solutions here. Just excuses.
